The things she bought were quite plentiful, with buns, as well as fried dough sticks and stead dumplings. After putting them down, he went to the kitchen. Seeing the porridge was ready, he served two bowls.
"Where’s the son, hasn’t he woken up yet?" Mu Qiancheng brought the porridge to the dining table, asking Jiang Xue, "Would you like stead dumplings or buns, the rest I will keep warm for the son to eat once he’s awake."

After breakfast, Jiang Xue planned to buy groceries herself, but just as she was about to go out, the doorbell rang. Jiang Xue opened the door and saw it was the young warrior from yesterday, who had already bought the groceries.

Jiang Xue put the groceries away and then held her son, unsure of what to do for a mont. She understood Mu Qiancheng’s good intentions, afraid she might tire herself out. After all, she was taking care of the child alone now, and going grocery shopping and such would certainly be inconvenient.
Therefore, she accepted his kind gesture, but she wanted to go out for a walk and didn’t want to be cooped up at ho every day.
However, Mr. Mu said yesterday he’d visit, though she didn’t know exactly when he’d co. If Mr. Mu didn’t arrive in the morning, she’d go out to find her brother Lu Jintian.
Thinking so, Jiang Xue took out the phone and called Mr. Mu. It happened that Mr. Mu was occupied and inford Jiang Xue that he wouldn’t be able to visit today, having no ti.
Jiang Xue felt very happy after she heard that, then made a phone call to Lu Jintian. Lu Jintian was very pleased to receive Jiang Xue’s call, and even more delighted to hear that she had co to Beijing.
He postponed all company matters and drove over to see Jiang Xue. By the ti he arrived, Jiang Xue was already waiting at the entrance of the neighborhood.
Seeing Lu Jintian arrive, Jiang Xue smiled and called out, "Brother!"
