When she arrived at Wenhua City, Manager Yang was pacing back and forth in the office, looking anxious. It was almost five o’clock, and Jiang Xue still hadn’t arrived.
He had no idea where she was and had no phone number. Otherwise, he would have called to ask.
A few more minutes passed, and Jiang Xue still hadn’t shown up. Manager Yang beca even more anxious. He tidied up the things on his desk, intending to go to Jiang Xue’s house to find her.

"Fifty bucks a month, that’s quite a cut," Jiang Xue found it laughable. She had been planning to pay a hundred bucks a month. Now, Liu Yongfa directly cut it in half, leaving her at a loss for words.
"Sister-in-law, you don’t need to say anything else, just fifty bucks a month. Rent it for however long you want," Liu Yongfa, being straightforward, made the final decision.
