She heard a burst of noises ing from Zheng Suyu’s room.
Ni Yang halted, knocking at the door, “Auntie, auntie, are you okay?”
The noise in the room seemed to have lowered a bit.
“Auntie, can you open the door?”
This time, all noise from the room pletely stopped.
Ni Yang furrowed her brows, Zheng Suyu wasn’t thinking straight. It wouldn’t be good if she did something that might hurt herself. Ni Yang gathered her strength and directly twisted the doorknob, entering the room with purpose.
Zheng Suyu’s room was quite big. There was a small reception area upfront and then there was the main bedroom.
Though Ni Yang heard quite a motion from outside, the room appeared to be in perfect order, pletely different from what she had imagined.
“Auntie?” Ni Yang moved forward.
Just then, Zheng Lingling walked out from inside, “Yangyang, what brings you here? Your aunt is having an episode, currently she doesn’t recognize anyone. Leave quickly before she hurts you!”
“Aunt Lingling?” Ni Yang was slightly taken aback.
“Let’s go out quickly.” Zheng Lingling grabbed hold of Ni Yang’s wrist.
Ni Yang silently shrugged off Zheng Lingling’s hand and moved towards the bedroom.
Zheng Lingling followed in Ni Yang’s footsteps, ” Yangyang, be careful. If you end up getting hurt by your aunt, don’t blame me for not warning you.”
Just then, a figure suddenly rushed out from the bedroom.
“I’ll kill you! I want to kill you!”
“Liars! You all are big liars!”
Ni Yang deftly avoided, extending her hand to hold Zheng Suyu’s hand, “Auntie, calm down a bit.”
“Kill you! Kill you!” There was no chance of Zheng Suyu calming down.
Left with no choice, Ni Yang had to prick her needle at the Laogong Acupoint once more.
Only then Zheng Suyu quieted down.
But even after she quieted down, Zheng Suyu was seemingly incapable of thinking, her pair of eyes dulled and lifeless, there’s an injury on her forehead.
“What happened?” Ni Yang asked.
Zheng Lingling replied: “When your aunt has an episode, she not only hits others but also hurts herself. It’s not just her forehead, there are wounds at other places too.”
As she spoke, Zheng Lingling rolled up Zheng Suyu’s sleeve, revealing that Zheng Suyu’s arm was entirely covered in wounds.
“These were all done by your aunt herself.”
Just then, Zheng Suyu instantly retracted her hand and hugged Ni Yang tightly, crying: “Sister-in-law, it hurts! Suyu hurts so bad! There are ghosts, ghosts want to harm Suyu!”
Ni Yang was stunned.
Did Zheng Suyu mistake her for Mrs. Zheng?
