It was all because of Fang Wei. He had offended Ye Qingfeng from the very beginning, and step by step, he’d pushed the relationship between the Fang family and Ye Qingfeng to the breaking point.

"I am." Shui Yiyi nodded lightly. "But I’m only afraid you’ll get hurt."
Shui Yiyi lifted her head, looked straight at Ye Qingfeng, and spoke with determination.
No matter how cold-blooded this man was, no matter how many people he had killed, when it ca to her, he was that gentle.
Perhaps in other people’s eyes, this man was a Demon, but in Shui Yiyi’s eyes, Ye Qingfeng was just a man who could protect her.
The two looked at each other, their gazes flickering.

Shui Yiyi’s pretty face instantly flushed red.

Shui Yiyi nodded obediently.

"Bufan, let’s go!"
Ye Qingfeng called, then wrapped his arm around Shui Yiyi’s slender waist, leapt up, and landed directly on the Flying Sword.
Below was Salt City’s nightscape. Neon lights flickered, and in the hazy darkness it looked particularly beautiful.
Ye Qingfeng held her lightly by the waist. Shui Yiyi’s pretty face reddened slightly; she suddenly felt a bit shy, yet at the sa ti indescribably happy.
Flying through the sky—this was sothing so many people dread of. This feeling of soaring in freedom was simply wonderful.
Most importantly, the man standing behind her was the one she liked. His arm was around her waist, the warmth of his palm seeping through her tender waist. This feeling made Shui Yiyi feel incredibly warm.
Standing behind her, Ye Qingfeng unexpectedly felt very comfortable as well. This feeling was sothing he’d never had when taking Piao Xue and Little Yue flying.

In a secret room of the Zhang Family, an elderly man slamd the table and shouted angrily.

After speaking, he turned to look at the Zhang Family’s Old Three, Zhang Qiong Feng.
Zhang Qiong Feng sat in the chief seat. Though he was only the third brother, he was the Family Head of the Zhang Family and Zhang Qixing’s grandfather.
"Ye Qingfeng." Zhang Qiong Feng slowly repeated the na, a gleam of sharp light flashing in his eyes. "This man is not easy to deal with. Even the Mountain River Sect was nearly exterminated by his hand. With just our Zhang Family, I’m afraid it’ll be hard to stand against Ye Qingfeng."
"So we’re just going to let this go?" Old Five roared in anger, feeling extrely unwilling.
Though the Zhang Family kept a low profile, their pride was no less than anyone else’s. The Zhang Family was a true Martial Artist Family with transcendent strength; even in the Divine Guard there were many from the Zhang Family. Who would dare provoke them?
Usually, when those big families saw mbers of the Zhang Family, they were all respectful and deferential. Now Zhang Beishan of their Zhang Family, and their most outstanding Disciple Zhang Qixing, had actually been humiliated like this—how could he accept it?

Zhang Qiong Feng shook his head and spoke calmly.
