Bei Yinyao felt she was quite unlucky. She seized the mont when Sister i wasn’t paying attention to sneak out for a stroll, planning to return once the party started. But despite her elaborate disguise, she was still recognized in the departnt store.
In order to escape the fans’ frenzied "pursuit," she was left with no choice but to hastily jump into Ye Qingfeng’s car.
"No need to thank , just rember to pay the fare!"
Ye Qingfeng said indifferently and fell silent, showing no intention of exchanging further words with Bei Yinyao.

Ye Qingfeng turned his head, his strikingly handso face looking straight at Bei Yinyao.

She smiled and said, "Don’t you recognize ?"
Bei Yinyao had already imagined the script in her mind: Ye Qingfeng would surely recognize her imdiately, beco flustered with surprise, and ask where she’d like to go, to which she would respond haughtily.
However, looking at her, Ye Qingfeng showed no change in expression; his impatience remained.
"I said you could get off. Do you want to force you out?"
Ye Qingfeng’s gaze was calm and indifferent, his voice even colder, leaving Bei Yinyao utterly bewildered.
She never imagined that there would be young people who didn’t recognize her, making her feel quite defeated.
"Fine, I’m getting off now!"
She took out one hundred yuan from her bag and placed it on the back seat, storming out of the car. If not for her good upbringing and long-standing ladylike deanor, she would have cursed.
As soon as she got out, Ye Qingfeng drove away without a pause, leaving nothing but a graceful silhouette.
Feeling stuffy, Bei Yinyao called Sister i to have soone pick her up.
Back at the departnt store, Dou Bao and the others had just finished shopping for clothes, each changing into new outfits.
Wu Min was all smiles, wearing such pretty clothes for the first ti in her life, while Bai Wan’er remained relatively calm.
Bai Wan’er sat in the front row, with Dou Bao and Wu Min in the back. As soon as they got in, Bai Wan’er noticed a one hundred yuan bill on the backseat.
"Why is there money here? Did you drop it?"
Bai Wan’er asked.
Ye Qingfeng replied nonchalantly, "Just gave a ride to soone inexplicable and made one hundred yuan. Don’t worry about it; let’s head to the party now!"
Bai Wan’er covered her mouth to laugh lightly, "We were only inside for a short while, and you’ve already made money?"
Ye Qingfeng didn’t explain, taking the three straight to the venue for tonight’s party — the East Gate Club.
The East Gate Club was a top-tier gathering spot ticulously arranged by Lei Ye. Entry was reserved for special guests or big-ti celebrities; no one without an introduction could enter.
The BMW stopped at the club’s entrance, and Ye Qingfeng’s group of four, two n and two won, headed towards the entrance.
Bai Wan’er in a light green gown exuded a noble aura akin to a princess.
Wu Min, already sowhat attractive, looked even more mature and glamorous in a black evening gown.
Dou Bao donned a white suit, extrely fitting, presenting a dashing gentleman.
Only Ye Qingfeng wore casual clothes with white canvas shoes, looking utterly ordinary.
At the reception, each person presented their invitation before entering. When it ca to Ye Qingfeng’s group, the doorman’s eyes glead.
"Young Master Ye?"
The doorman was Dalong, one of Lei Ye’s n, who had t Ye Qingfeng a few tis and nearly didn’t recognize him.
"Yes, I brought so friends along for a visit!"
Ye Qingfeng indicated to Dou Bao and the others to proceed, and no one dared to stop them.
"Young Master Ye, should I inform Boss Lei?"
Dalong cautiously asked.
"No need, I’m just here for a casual visit. Let him handle his own affairs!"
Ye Qingfeng finished speaking and followed them inside.
Just as the four entered the party venue, a voice called out from the side.
"Wan’er, you finally made it!"
An Ruoqing, in a pink gown, looked incredibly cute and alluring. She held Bai Wan’er’s arm, noticing Ye Qingfeng standing at a distance, and stuck out her tongue.
Currently, she both respected and feared Ye Qingfeng, unable to forget his ability to stir up storms and split rivers.
"You all enjoy yourselves; I’m going to find a place to sit!"
Such affairs no longer interested Ye Qingfeng; he ca purely due to Bai Wan’er’s invitation.
Accustod to Ye Qingfeng’s personality, the group didn’t mind. Bai Wan’er considered accompanying him but seeing his desire for solitude, she abandoned the thought.
Ye Qingfeng chose a secluded corner, crossed his feet on a small table, and began to rest with closed eyes, unbothered by the surrounding clamor.
"Miss, is what you said true?"
Sister i followed beside Bei Yinyao, still wearing a skeptical expression.
"It’s true, Sister i. He seed not to recognize at all, and with such an impatient look, he actually kicked out of the car and charged the fare!"
Bei Yinyao confird firmly, her big eyes wide open.
Sister i couldn’t help but chuckle, finding it hard to imagine there was such a unique young man who could ignore a superstar like Bei Yinyao.
"If I get the chance, I’d really like to et this young man you ntioned; he sounds interesting!"
Bei Yinyao pouted with frustration and said, "He seems like soone without any sense of romance; he probably doesn’t listen to music or watch entertainnt shows, or else how could he not know ?"
The two conversed in the business car, and even the driver couldn’t help but laugh. Wherever Bei Yinyao went, she was always surrounded by admirers, and it was the first ti he heard of Bei Yinyao being snubbed by a young man.
A convoy of business cars headed for the East Gate Club, unaware that in the distant high-rise buildings, more than ten binoculars were monitoring their every move.
"Target confird, awaiting the signal to act!"
More than a dozen figures vanished quietly into the night, which in Jiangbei was filled with an ominous air.
