I smiled at her, as she continued being subjected to the "torture" of being petted continuously, making her freak out.

Alma wondered, as she was looking at the cat by my side.

Emily was also asking a similar, concerned question.
"Nah, there's nothing to worry, her contract says she can't actually hurt humans, she only freaks out, but she can't actually hit others."
Alma and Emily looked at one another, unable to completely believe that.
"Ah well, anyways... Do you know if sothing happened to Sofia?" Emily asked .
"She's been silent this whole ti and when we went to say hi she told us she didn't want to... talk right now," Alma muttered, nervous.
"Uh..." I looked at Sofia, nervous.
She was silent, sitting on her own seat, reading a book, her eyes seed devoid of light, and her face expressionless.

Suddenly, I heard the voice of Beatriz.

I really didn't want to get into more drama, dammit.
But this damned world seems to thrive on school romance drama.
