But I am fairly sure that if I learned that, I would be able to wake up now, which is not the case.

So yes, this is most likely all real...

I’m kind of happy.

I feel a lot of hope right now, that I have sowhere to go back to, not just my ho at Yggdrasil, but also my life on Earth.

I don’t know how I’ll even balance that, and I may never be able to after the level of powers I will grow...

But I want to go back. I want to et my sister and my mother...

I want to see them, or at the very least, know that they passed away.

So for that reason...

I grasped the mory Fragnt, as its power was fully absorbed.

I saw a sea of mories, laughter, cries, smiles, and frowns, of all my lives, unifying together into a swirling galaxy of emotions and experiences.

All of this galaxy was , my soul, my mind, my everything.

And the Justice’s Brightest Light, the bastard who betrayed Michael for doubting his father’s decisions, Archangel Gabriel.

The greatest beings of this universe, or at least of the universe I know.

They’re gazing upon , waiting for my answer.

But why is it that important to them?

What I ascend into now... will it decide the fate of everything?

And there he was. His blindingly white figure erged, spreading out his feathered wings.

A beautiful man made of white light, with long golden hair made of ethereal strands of brilliance.

His glowing eyes looked at with pity and... compassion.

But also with fear.

"Maria..."

He wasn’t acting cocky or annoying anymore, nor rude either.

"Do you know what’s about to happen, right?"

"I do... I’ll ascend to a level that’ll make the center of attention of all of these."

"It seems that my brother has been actively trying to kill us... Could it be that he manipulated your entire death as Maria? Or perhaps... even your death on Earth."

Rapidly, darkness and shadows started spreading everywhere, as the powers I was developing continued to evolve and rapidly ascend to a whole new level.

The Darkness of Nightmares I was absorbing, and the power they contained, was now becoming part of myself.

To end this Nightmare once and for all, I had to also beco one myself... no, I had to beco the Ultimate Nightmare to devour all others.

"Once you ascend to the next level... my brother and my father may co after you. They probably already were, controlling things, manipulating fate itself," Michael said. "Do you truly intend to fight them? I know you very well now, Maria. You will not be satisfied with just this, nor with getting back Yggdrasil either, or going back to Earth... You’ll want to get to the root of everything."

"Yeah, I will," I nodded. "I had made up my mind a while ago, when I saw your mories and learned who was the true enemy behind everything... And now that we’re learning that bastard could have been the one who manipulated fate to sohow kill not just once, but TWICE? Yeah, fuck him. We’re going to kill him, Michael. I hope you’re okay with killing your brother."
