Ti passed. After three more days within Yggdrasil, two additional months unfolded inside Maria’s Soul Realm and the Fragnt that still belonged to her, now fully rged with the territory in southern Midgard.
On this auspicious day, every beast across the territory began to sing as though celebrating. The skies rumbled with heavy clouds, and heavenly lightning struck the pagoda again and again.
Between the thunderbolts, the cries of three newborns pierced the air, as if the heavens themselves raged against the arrival of such powerful little beings.
In three separate, large, and comfortable beds draped in soft, high-quality white silk blankets from Murim, three won had just given birth.
Before them stood Maria, gazing in awe at the children born this day.
"Ahhh... My babies..."
Tears stread down her face as she cried nearly as loudly as her newborns, overwheld by the sight of the three tiny angels.
Cradled gently in Eraldine’s arms was an adorable boy with pointed elven ears, short blonde hair, and red eyes that glead with golden light.
The boy looked around curiously and was the first to stop crying.
"Look, Maria, our beautiful boy... Isn’t he wonderful?"
"He is... Oh?"
After kissing Eraldine’s lips with tender love, Maria noticed the tiny fairy wings sprouting from the baby’s back—almost the size of a small butterfly’s, pale red with striking eye-shaped patterns.
"He was born a fairy like ! I’m so happy..."
" too."
Maria let the boy grasp her finger. His small, warm hand felt slightly sticky, yet he stared up at her with innocent curiosity and offered a sweet smile.
"Ough! My baby! Ouuuugh!"
Maria could barely restrain herself from scooping him up and covering him in kisses, but she held back, allowing him to rest in Eraldine’s arms and continue nursing.
She moved to the next bed and found Partner—an exhausted, red-haired vampire—struggling to soothe a loudly crying little devil in her arms.
"Aeeeeehh! Awuuuh!"
This girl was Partner’s daughter, with striking red-and-white hair and mysterious golden eyes that held a red glint. Fluffy bat-like ears replaced human ones, and a pair of cute little bat wings fluttered behind her.
"Geez, little baby, please calm down and stop crying so much..."
Partner tried everything to quiet her, but the effort seed futile.
"Co on now... my little princess, how beautiful you are... It’s alright, it’s alright."
Maria stepped closer and gently touched the baby’s tiny nose, then kissed her forehead. A faint golden glow spread from the touch, slowly calming the child until her eyelids grew heavy and she drifted toward sleep.
"Thank you... It was really hard to deal with her."
Partner leaned in and kissed Maria’s lips, smiling softly. Motherhood had transford her; she now radiated a unique, nurturing warmth she had lacked before—unlike Eraldine, who had always carried it naturally.
"I’m sure you’ll be a wonderful mother."
"Really? Well, if you’re with , I believe anything is possible."
After stealing a few more lingering kisses, Partner finally released her.
In the third bed, Nia gently rocked her baby—a beautiful child with clear brown skin, white-and-blue hair, and vivid erald eyes.
Unlike Eraldine’s and Partner’s demi-human children, this one appeared fully human—at least for now. No secondary racial traits had manifested yet.
"Auuh..."
The baby gazed at Maria with open curiosity as Nia smiled and caressed her little head.
Having already raised Celes, Nia was the most experienced mother present.
Though her baby cried as fiercely as Partner’s at first, she settled quickly, nursing contentedly before turning curious eyes toward Maria.
"She’s alright and already cald down," Nia said with a gentle smile. "She’s such a little bundle of love... I’m sure Celes will be thrilled to have a little sister."
"Yeah, I know," Maria replied, nodding warmly. "I’m so grateful for this child, Nia. Thank you for everything."
"Ah, it’s nothing, my love," Nia said softly. "You’ve given such a wonderful life full of joy and happiness ever since you visited back then, when Celes and I were poor and had almost nothing... Even though I never loved won before, after everything we’ve been through, I couldn’t hold back how deeply I love you."
"You’re so sweet." Maria caressed her face and kissed her lovingly for several long seconds before pulling away—only for Nia to chase her lips for more.
"I love you, Maria... I love you..." Nia whispered between kisses.
"I love you too." Maria stroked her hair and pressed a gentle kiss to the baby’s forehead. "Alright, I guess you all need so rest, right?"
"Wait, where are you going?!" Partner protested. "You’re staying with us!"
"Maria, don’t tell you’re leaving? You have to stay with your wives and your new children!" Eraldine demanded.
"A-Ah, of course... I thought you wanted to be alone—"
"We want you by our side!!!" all three mothers shouted in unison, clearly exasperated by Maria’s clumsiness.
"Okay, okay, sorry... I will," Maria nodded quickly.
Unable to resu her training properly, Maria spent the next two weeks beside her wives and their newborn children.
During that ti, she grew even closer to the three babies. After many days of discussion, they finally settled on nas.
Eraldine nad her son Oberon, after the Ancient Fairy King of elven legends—a perfect na for a fairy prince destined for greatness.
Partner, less confident with nas, let Maria choose. After so thought, they decided on Ernestina, the na of the aunt who had raised Arthur.
Nia chose a na that resonated deeply with her son’s gentle spirit: Celeste.
By now, everyone in the palace had t and interacted with the babies. After just two weeks, the little ones were already crawling everywhere and causing endless mischief.
Little Oberon had mastered flight; his wings had grown more than ten tis their original size. He loved grabbing objects and dropping them from above just to watch them shatter... truly as mischievous as the old fairy tales described.
Ernestina was surprisingly better behaved most of the ti, but her ability to manipulate objects with her mind ant she occasionally broke things too.
Celeste appeared the most well-mannered, often watching events unfold in quiet observation. Sotis it seed her mind wandered far away... yet whenever she glimpsed sparring matches in the arena through the window, she grew excited, jumping and waving her tiny fists. Clearly, she yearned to beco a fighter.
After a full month since their birth, the babies were finally allowed to leave their rooms. They road the grand palace freely, spreading joy and chaos wherever they went!
