Using her incredible powers, Maria created her fifth blade. Channeling the power of Selene, her Moon Titan, she wielded the blade that embodied her Primordial Concept of Moonlight. With all her might, she slashed through Gabriel’s torso, splitting him cleanly in two. Cosmic blood sprayed from the deep gash as Gabriel’s face twisted in utter disbelief and unimaginable agony.
SLAAASH!
"UNNGH?!"
Gabriel desperately tried to rejoin his two halves. Aberrant tentacles of white, blue, and black erupted from both sides of his fleshy, cosmic body. At the sa mont, Maria slashed apart the creatures still latched onto her, using the Path of Nihility to decimate them at the subatomic level and free herself once and for all.
Then, reinforcents arrived.
"Maria! Our powers are ready!"
"Please take them, mother-in-law!"
"Mama, I’m here too!"
"We will forge your sixth blade!"
The voices of Alma, Celes, Celeste, and Takeshi echoed through Maria’s soul. They rged their powers and Domains into a long oceanic sword that overflowed with vibrant azure light.
"Thank you!"
Channeling her Sea Dragon and Sea Titan transformations—abilities she had gained after vanquishing the chiric evil from the depths of Yggdrasil’s oceans—Maria wielded the ocean sword.
With Moonlight, she transford into radiant pink light and reached Gabriel’s second half. With Oceanic Water, she moved with majestic fluidity, as if she had beco the flowing ocean itself.
Then, she channeled the power of all six of her swords at once, each one a part of her Sword Soul Heart:
The Oblivion Choir Sword.
Susanoo and Jonathan’s Celestial Holy Katana.
Eraldine and Oberon’s Holy Tree Spirit Garden Sword.
Scarlet and Ernestina’s Blood Shadow Gun Blade.
Seleneum’s Outer God Moonlight Sword.
Alma, Celes, Celeste, and Takeshi’s Flowing Ocean Dragon Great Sword.
All six swords blazed with radiant light and darkness. The power of Yin and Yang surged through them, enhancing their might even further.
"{Myriad Firmants Sword Soul Dream Heart Art}!"
Lightning of every color spread across Maria’s body as she charged forward with everything she had. She connected and rged countless techniques and powers into one.
And then—
"{Six Colored Demonic Heavenly Sword}!"
All six swords temporarily fused into a gigantic blade the size of three stars. It slashed across Gabriel’s second half, cutting it completely. A single cut multiplied into billions.
"NOOO!!!"
Gabriel scread in desperation and tore open space, attempting to teleport toward his other half. His roar of fury shook Maria, shattering her balance and destroying the combined sword. It split once more into six cracked blades.
However, Michael and Camael intercepted him at the last second, unleashing the Celestial Authorities they had finally reawakened.
"Camael! One Who Sees God!"
"Michael! He Who Is Like God!"
The true aning of their nas echoed throughout the universe. Gabriel vomited blood as sothing deep within him shook violently.
"AAAACK! W-WHAT...?!"
White chains burst from his upper body while the true nas of Michael and Camael resonated through his very roots. Then, the vestige of a certain soone Gabriel had believed vanquished spoke.
"H-Hurry...! Michael...! Camael...! Stop... your brother...!"
"F-Father!?"
"FATHER!"
By combining the true aning of their nas, Michael and Camael perford a miracle. They reawakened the small remaining vestige of the Heavenly Father that Gabriel had suppressed.
"Y-YOU DAMN OLD MAN! YOU THINK YOU CAN CONTROL ANYMORE?! DIE! YOU’RE DEAD! DIE ALREADY!"
Gabriel shook his body violently, struggling to suppress the Heavenly Father’s voice that now held him in place.
Maria knew this was the chance she could not miss—perhaps the only one she would ever get.
"Nnngh...! Please...! Maria...! End... this!"
The Heavenly Father pleaded for her help. After learning he had been manipulated and controlled by Gabriel, and that he had once been a benevolent god who cared for mortals, Maria’s view of him had changed.
With a mix of pity and respect, she nodded.
"I shall!"
Maria summoned the powers within her. Her four Ascendant Cosmic Roots combined their strength. Eternal Mourning Spiral. Genesis of the Last Light. Oblivion Choir. Womb of the Architect. Crescent light surged from her six hands as all six blades converged with the many other Domains inside her.
The auras and powers of her allies poured forth, along with the strength of all ninety worlds she had absorbed into her soul—the worlds she fought so fiercely to protect.
The entire universe trembled before her might as the Essence of the Cosmos gathered in her hands. Maria poured every last ounce of her power into this single move. It was a gamble for most, but a necessary one.
A single decisive strike while the Heavenly Father, Camael, and Michael held Gabriel with all their strength.
It was now or never.
She stepped forward. Stars were born and died in her wake. Her hair waved beautifully through the cosmic dust of the black void. From her powers, a new sword was born—a sword of all colors of the universe, and of no color at all.
The Colorless Sword.
It embodied everything: Maria’s Madness. Maria’s Love. Maria’s Sorrow. Maria’s Joy. Maria’s Regret. Maria’s Pride. All her emotions, good and bad, were fused into this colorless blade.
Through it, Maria split the universe itself, cleaving creation apart. The entirety of existence trembled.
Gabriel saw the bright colorless light strike him from forehead to body.
"NGAAAAHHH!"
He resisted desperately, attempting to mutate into a giant monstrosity to escape death. But the Heavenly Father used the last of his vestigial will to hold him in place.
"LET GO, YOU MAD OLD MAN!!!"
"I’m sorry, Gabriel... this is all my fault... If only I had raised you better... Please... forgive ...!"
"I SAID LET GO!!! I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU!!!"
"I love you, my son..."
SLAAASH!
Gabriel was slashed, his soul, his body, his Ascendant Cosmic Roots, his Cosmic Monarch Embodint, his Cosmic Authority, and his Cosmic Dominion. Everything was cut.
In that mont, Maria did not rely wield her own powers and those of her allies and worlds. Her sword was the universe itself, and she held it in her bare hands.
"A-Ah...!"
Gabriel watched in disbelief as his vision fractured—first into two, then ten, a hundred, two hundred, one thousand, ten thousand, a million, a billion tis over. Each fracture marked another slash, rapidly reducing him to nothingness.
"GAAAAHHHHH!"
He died with no glory, only rage and resentnt, screaming into the universe until the very end.
And then, at long last, there was silence.
