In the Milky Way, there’s an unremarkably positioned region.
This region spans a few hundred light-years; not too big, not too small, and it’s called the Orion Arm.
However, this region has a distinctive feature, which is a nearly invisible barrier that protects hundreds of light-years, making it nearly impossible for any life form to get in or out.
But this barrier has exceptions, which is a gap sowhere outside the barrier, beyond which is a small interstellar area nad the Starlight Domain.
This is an area spanning tens of light-years, containing hundreds of stellar systems, and naturally, it also has civilizations and beings.
"Lord Jia Yan, I never expected, after all these years, to return to this place one day."
A turtle-like green creature stood at the edge of that barrier, looking at everything outside, almost in tears.
Not far from him floated a small figure, just like him, hovering in the air.
It happened to be Jia Yan’s Avatar.
Previously, Jia Yan’s Avatar went to the Ru Lan Empire and then t ’the old monster’ in the palace, who was suspected to be the situated Respect Level practitioner.
When Jia Yan ntioned bringing him back to his birthplace, now the ’Starlight Domain’ where they were, the other party agreed without any hesitation.
Returning to one’s holand to rest is the final dream of the other party.
He has lived for thousands of years with not much life span left, and now returning to his hotown is his last dream.
The process went smoothly; Jia Yan directly piloted a Great Empire Super Fast Ship and reached the edge of the Starlight Domain along with the Orion Arm without spending much ti.
In the whole vast barrier area, there is just this gap.
Jia Yan looked at that gap and completely ignored the old monster’s words.
"I see, so this is the so-called gap."
Jia Yan gazed at the barrier gap, which in fact was not large, just a range of a few kiloters, almost negligible compared to the barrier stretching hundreds of light-years.

Yet their appearance gave off a re soldier feeling.
The old monster instantly grew cautious; his strength was rely suspected to be of Respect Level, but he was far from being compared to actual Respect Level practitioners.
"Registration? Is this a rule?"

A soldier among them who appeared to hold the highest position spoke to them unceremoniously.

The old monster grew scared; if he couldn’t stay in the Starlight Domain due to identity issues, his dream of resting and returning would be shattered.

"Hmm, you possess our Starlight Domain’s biological genetic fragnts, along with external energy bases not found in the Orion Arm; you’re from our Starlight Domain. Go handle the formalities later, then you can stay in the Starlight Domain." He said indifferently.
Jia Yan had no choice but to accompany this group of soldiers to a nearby Starry Sky Building.
His strength is formidable, but he can’t just charge through every problem he encounters.
Moreover, if his avatar has to fight, there’s a chance that with insufficient energy, he might not even be able to defeat the combined forces of the Revered Ones in front of him.
"Orion Arm residents, address, status, gender, age, all need to be filled out correctly."

This locator can detect the genetic fragnts of Jia Yan’s avatar’s body, and if it moves too far from the body or the signal breaks, the people of the Starlight Domain will know Jia Yan has illegally stayed.
Jia Yan wouldn’t illegally overstay.
In this place, Jia Yan gained a rough understanding and knew about the power levels and general power distribution within the Starlight Domain.
The reason Starlight Domain is concerned about Orion Arm creatures staying over is not unfounded.
Only the Starlight Domain is accessible for creatures inside the Orion Arm, and the population inside Orion Arm is undoubtedly vast, far more than that of Starlight Domain. If everyone flooded here, Starlight Domain would collapse.
