However, what he never expected was that inside the Adisa ship, apart from Jia Yan and his squad of creatures, there was another entity.
That entity was sothing that had always been of assistance to Jia Yan—his avatar.
In the starry sky, a rapidly moving blur flickered, sotis fast, sotis slow, sotis distant, sotis near.
"Good thing I charged this avatar with energy before going into seclusion, otherwise it might not have been usable now."
This was a figure with the appearance of a 1.75-ter tall Earth male.
His speed was exceedingly fast, entirely disproportionate to his stature.
Even during his journey, he would enter subspace, swiftly travel for a ti, and then reappear in normal space.
To conserve energy, this was now Jia Yan’s thod of moving using his avatar.
"It seems my true body’s strength has increased, and this avatar’s power seems to have grown a lot too."
Jia Yan pondered over the power ratio between his avatar and his true body.
Just like when he first used the avatar, its power was akin to that of a normal star-level existence. Though there has been an improvent in the quality of the avatar, it hasn’t reached a decisive level.
So the avatar’s strength now was almost at a semi-permanent star level, and even if it were to fully unleash its power, it would be impressive for a semi-permanent star level. For Jia Yan, this was certainly not just a matter of the avatar’s material.
"It must be because my true body’s strength has improved."
Jia Yan contemplated whether the power of this avatar would also increase after he completed his breakthrough.
He was on a journey at the mont.
And his target was a planet on the side.
"This planet has comrcial activity, and given the combat power of my avatar, any planet with only semi-permanent star-level strong ones, as ntioned in this information, would be no threat. Trading a few things here shouldn’t be dangerous."
Jia Yan gazed distantly at this planet.
Although what the Adisa ship required was extrely rare, if it was just a substitute, it wouldn’t have to be so complicated.
Simply using a basic substitute for temporary repairs would significantly reduce Adisa’s lifespan.
To leave this starfield quickly, there was no other choice.
Anyway, Jia Yan had decided that once he left the Divine Spirit Major Domain, he would thoroughly repair Adisa or dismantle it and use the parts to assemble a new battleship.
That would still be considered Adisa, wouldn’t it? At least, that was what Jia Yan thought, and Adisa would once again beco the Smart Brain of that new ship. For Jia Yan, it would still be the Adisa.
So, the current wear and tear were aid at future rebirth.
Upon reaching this planet, Jia Yan clearly noticed that the so-called comrce on this Star of the Gods was quite primitive.
Since the Deity System, on the whole, emphasizes the belief in ordinary creatures, or ’devotion’, to enhance the power of a divine spirit, they do not require advanced technology or much intelligence.
Therefore, the science and technology level, even the business level, in many places was not high.
Of course, this situation led to more problems, such as if a divine spirit overly suppresses the intelligence and knowledge developnt of the creatures in its realm, the overall developnt level within the domain would drop, possibly leading to stagnation across the Divine Spirit Major Domain.
So, there were restrictions within the Divine Spirit Major Domain, stipulating that no divine spirit could limit the developnt of their subordinate strong ones. There were even series of requirents, mandating the ergence of strong ones within specific tis.
And there were more such requirents to ensure the basic developnt of the Divine Spirit Major Domain.
"This planet doesn’t even have a single divine spirit, yet they still have their own faith systems. I suppose there must be another place where divine spirits are controlling this planet."
Jia Yan, upon reaching this planet devoid of divine spirits, felt no threat.
He felt imdiately that he had made the right decision to co to this less developed planet.
"Hey, get out of the way, you weakling."
Jia Yan had just walked a few steps on the ancient street when he was interrupted by a voice from behind.
Behind him, a giant creature over three ters tall coldly stared at him, demanding him to step aside.
Jia Yan looked around calmly and realized there were rules on this street.
Weak ordinary creatures could only walk on the outer paths, while the more powerful could walk on this street. The more central street was reserved for creatures tens of ters tall.
As with most cosmic creatures’ rules he understood, generally strong creatures were large, yet such a small but powerful avatar like his was unheard of.
Even the smaller ones were not much smaller than his true body’s stature.
So, the creature behind him perceived Jia Yan as an intruding lifeform on their street, which was an offense to other strong ones.
Of course, the road was wide, and traveling like this was convenient, so similar incidents happened daily, and the stronger ones just ignored it, rarely leading to incidents.
After all, even they were weak before truly strong entities.
"Oh?"
Jia Yan turned back coldly.
Boom!
The expression of that three-ter-tall creature changed drastically.
In its view, this being, half its height, had suddenly unleashed a power it couldn’t resist.
"L-Lord."
The creature had heard of beings with imnse power yet small bodies but had never t one until now, suddenly feeling a trace of fear, almost ready to kneel.
Faced with a being whose power was not even at the Sky Level, Jia Yan had no intention of paying him much attention.
Like other strong ones, he viewed such beings no differently than ants.
"This Lord probably wouldn’t be troubled even walking down the central path, yet they’re on our weakling path."
The creature watched Jia Yan leave, trembling in fright.
As a stellar-level existence, Jia Yan naturally wouldn’t lose his temper with a being not even at the Sky Level, encountering several similar creatures while walking.
His avatar was too small, indeed disadvantaging him on this road.
After so thought, Jia Yan proceeded to walk on the road ant for ordinary creatures.
No one bothered him then.
"A materials store? Let’s check it out."
Jia Yan saw a wooden building adorned in resplendence and approached it.
"Stop, you weaklings from the ordinary path can’t enter our materials store."
As he intended to step inside, a ten-ter-tall creature, akin to a guardian of the store, barred his way.
"What ridiculous rules this planet has."
Jia Yan chuckled coldly and continued to stride inside.
"Stop."
The ten-ter guard, a Sky-Level strong one, was stunned by Jia Yan’s disrespect and intended to capture him but froze and collapsed on the ground.
Being a stellar-level strong one, even while concealing his identity, he couldn’t afford a Sky-Level being to fear him. That wouldn’t qualify him as a strong one.
Thus, Jia Yan entered the store, and everyone, realizing he was at least a star-level creature, dared not provoke trouble.
Even the store staff, detecting they had judged wrong, dared not speak and allowed this small but mighty Jia Yan to roam their store.
