The two people were startled, especially the young man-like creature, who nearly jumped up to fight with Jia Yan.

But Jia Yan had no intention of fighting them. Because during the ti he spent learning their language just now, he observed that these two alien creatures had no intention of harming him.

"I wasn’t lying to you, I was just learning your way of speaking earlier. Sorry for eavesdropping on so of your conversations."

Jia Yan said calmly.

"Listening to us speak, you suddenly learned our language, and how long has it been? You’re saying things now that we didn’t even ntion before."

Wu Peili said in amazent.

"The things I know were deduced; I just don’t know if I made any mistakes."

Jia Yan’s calm words left the two young creatures dumbfounded.

In their species, even the most brilliant, or legendary geniuses couldn’t possibly reach this level.

Yet this Jia Yan achieved it just like that, and not only did he master their language, he even deduced other phrases?

This was simply defying the natural order.

To Jia Yan, however, this ability wasn’t sothing supernatural, because he was now a creature at the middle level of Huaixing, where everyone had a good mory.

Having already learned several languages, after reaching the stronger level, he was even more confident he could easily learn new languages.

He didn’t expect this skill to be so effective in such a situation.

"Luzhi, I think he really doesn’t know our language, and it still sounds awkward when he speaks."

Wu Peili said with astonishnt.

"Be careful, this guy must have decent combat power, don’t fall into his trap." The young man, whose na was Luzhi, said.

He was naturally suspicious of Jia Yan because he was also soone who wanted to go outside and needed to cultivate a sense of suspicion towards others.

Moreover, Jia Yan’s presence was indeed too strange. He was just picked up monts ago and claid not to understand their language, and now he suddenly did.

Anyone looking at this would be on guard.

The two of them continued to speak one after another.

Jia Yan was just beginning to grasp this language, so when they spoke quickly, he found it difficult to understand fully, only catching bits and pieces.

Fortunately, he gradually began to understand that these two humanoid creatures were suspicious of his identity.

He integrated the new vocabulary he absorbed into his lexicon, and then slowly began to speak.

"Both of you, I did co from a very far place, but it’s different from the kind of place you might imagine it to be."

Jia Yan’s words left the two human-like creatures astonished.

"What do you an by a place different from what we imagine, aren’t you from the outside world?"

"No, I did co from outside, but it’s a bit different from what you imagine."

Jia Yan continued to explain, but just as he was about to reveal that he ca from an ’universe’ outside, he suddenly stopped.

Because he didn’t know how powerful the stronger ones here might be, and these two seed unlikely to keep a secret for him, so perhaps it was better not to say it.

Who knows how they feel about outsiders from the universe here.

Even Jia Yan couldn’t figure out where he was.

So he changed his mind on the spot.

"The place I’m from is further than the forest outside your imagination."

Jia Yan’s words made the two’s eyes light up slightly.

"You say you’re from a place further than the forest. Tell us, what’s there?"

"Don’t lie to , if you do, I’ll definitely give you trouble."

The two continued speaking one after another.

Especially the young man-like creature, who almost used threatening words with Jia Yan.

Though Jia Yan hadn’t learned that much vocabulary yet, he quickly understood the aning because this guy’s deanor was too similar to Earth people. When Earth people threaten others, they usually look just like this young man’s expression.

"Haha, I have no reason to lie to you; if you don’t want to believe , I’ll just leave now."

Jia Yan appeared as if he intended to leave, thinking that since he had learned the general language here, he could just find an intelligent creature elsewhere to understand the situation better.

"Don’t go, I believe what you say, that you’re from a very far place, right? From your place, can you see our forest?"

The young man quickly asked Jia Yan, even more urgently than Wu Peili.

"Now you believe , don’t you? Alright, I’ll also ask you so questions, as a form of exchange."

Jia Yan said calmly; to soone unaware, it might seem like he knew a bit about this world, otherwise, why would he be so composed?

But in fact, he had no knowledge about this world at all; he just leveraged the situation, seeing these two as necessary sources of information.

He could leave, but that would an more people would know there’s soone here who doesn’t understand anything about this place. It seed better to make use of these two, considering they seed easy to convince.

"Alright, answer my previous question, and I’ll answer yours. In our forest... no, in our tribe, there’s nothing I don’t know."

The young man’s attitude shifted drastically, speaking to Jia Yan with great respect.

Now their conversation flowed more naturally, and after Jia Yan absorbed a bit more of their vocabulary, he essentially mastered the language of this species.

"Alright, I’ll speak first. From my place, your forest is not visible, and it’s completely different from here."

Jia Yan said, half truthfully, half falsely.

"Wow, completely different from here? Are you from a city? My God, among our people, only the grand elder has been to a city, and his knowledge is incredible."

Wu Peili, on one side, was practically in awe of Jia Yan’s words.

Because a city is her ideal place for adventure, but unfortunately, the grand elder had told the young of the tribe that without reaching the next level of power, venturing outside was impossible.

They didn’t understand how strong the next level of power was, only that going outside was extrely difficult. Even though the grand elder had reached the next level when he left, he still endured countless hardships to reach the big city.

"A city?"

Jia Yan was slightly taken aback, realizing that there were cities in this place.

If he couldn’t get the information he wanted in this forest, then he could check out those big cities.

However, regarding the creatures outside, Jia Yan wasn’t sure how strong they were.

His goal wasn’t obtaining sothing here, but finding out how to return to his original place.

At this mont, he wasn’t even certain whether he had crossed over or arrived at a unique location.

But this place was too exaggerated.

Even his power was suppressed, not to ntion everything here was so enormous that it made Jia Yan think he had shrunk.

Yet his body’s sensations told him he hadn’t shrunk; he had just beco a true ’Mosquito’ in this vast environnt.

"That’s right, we have cities there, and not just one. Compared to your forest, the people there might be weaker, but it’s highly developed, and houses can be built rapidly, with new ones erected at intervals."

"Wow, that’s amazing."

"Houses in the city are that amazing? They can build a new one in a short ti."
