Buzz buzz buzz.

Faint fluctuations slowly erupted among the leaves of grass.

Just a few thousand kiloters from these leaves was the dwelling of the Giant Tribe.

Of course, a few thousand kiloters might seem distant for Earth people, but in this world, it’s just a step or two away.

Especially for the terrifying Giant Tribe, each of them stands a thousand kiloters tall, making a few thousand kiloters easy to cross, so where Jia Yan was, felt like their doorstep.

However, Jia Yan wasn’t worried about any danger because the place he was in resembled a grove. Even though the Giant Tribe is powerful, they wouldn’t wander into the grove for no reason, right?

So even though he emitted fluctuations, the giant family didn’t have energy sensing capabilities, so he wasn’t worried about them discovering him. And even if they could, they probably wouldn’t care given their boundless power.

Jia Yan hid among the plants and trees.

Slowly, the energy his body emitted gradually decreased because Jia Yan absorbed and restrained the power that had been released to avoid wastage.

Thus, the dissipating energy disappeared, replaced by Jia Yan’s body lurking among the grass leaves.

In what seed like a forbidden ground to other creatures, where the energy sense had vanished, many creatures still dared not tread.

But so fearless ones, forgetting the terrifying mories of the past, slowly approached Jia Yan’s side.

This was a creature resembling a mantis.

It slowly crawled close to Jia Yan.

Its eyes glowed with keen light.

At this mont, it might not even rember that a powerful presence existed here because this mantis creature kept eyeing Jia Yan’s location with a hint of greed in its eyes.

If it could kill Jia Yan, it might awaken its spiritual wisdom and beco a powerful species in the forest.

So it deeply understood Jia Yan’s current incapacitated state, even thinking that devouring Jia Yan’s body would elevate its power.

Thus, it crept silently closer.

Bang.

Bang bang bang.

As it closed in, loud thumping sounds echoed from Jia Yan’s giant mosquito form.

If it were in the universe, this sound could resonate for hundreds of kiloters, but here, the fluctuation reached only a few kiloters.

The commotion was considerable, causing the arriving mantis creature to freeze in apparent shock.

But shortly after, the mantis creature resud its cunning approach.

As terrifying power waves emanated from Jia Yan’s giant mosquito form, the mantis didn’t dare to move, so even if Jia Yan were awake, it could claim to have approached out of helplessness. However, noticing Jia Yan was still asleep, it definitely intended to strike.

Even the sound of a heartbeat seed daunting, making Jia Yan appear like an irresistibly fitting prey for the cunning mantis creature.

However, when the mantis drew within ten kiloters of Jia Yan...

Given the large scale of creatures in this world, ten kiloters was very close; Jia Yan was about five kiloters large, yet still looked like a mosquito in this world showing how gigantic the creatures were.

And in such a massive setting, ten kiloters was truly risky.

But when the creature arrived and saw Jia Yan’s form...

Thud.

A formidable force suddenly barraged the mantis creature’s location.

The mantis creature had no chance to resist as it was sent flying by the strange force.

This mantis, unlike Earth’s mantis, didn’t have wings, and the sudden impact forced blood to burst from its mouth.

Upon landing, it made no attempt to struggle, its legs sprawled out.

Dead.

Disturbed by the mantis creature, the hibernating Jia Yan seed to ’awaken’ after a long sleep.

"Hmm, this feels good, I actually adjusted my body during seclusion. My power seems to have increased significantly as well..."

"This world indeed greatly aids in strength enhancent."

Jia Yan, just awakened, felt imnsely satisfied realizing he had absorbed the blood of a giant tribe child, significantly growing in strength.

"Huh? Why is there a mantis-like creature’s carcass there? Did I kill it? I can’t rember at all."

Jia Yan saw the fallen gigantic mantis, but on its corpse, tiny ant-like creatures were already breaking it down, carrying the parts back to their nest.

The mantis creature didn’t hold any use for Jia Yan, so he let the ant-like creatures haul it away.

Jia Yan looked around; local creatures seed still wary of him, none daring to approach.

"This seclusion upgrade lasted about ten days, I’m unsure if my strength reached the middle-stage stellar grade... Though my strength increased, it’s still considered weak in this world."

Jia Yan looked at the outside environnt, then focused on the distant house of the Giant Tribe.

To Jia Yan, this house was vividly clear, every movent inside discernible to him.

After all, the Giant Tribe’s movents and magnitude were trendously large, so even an Earth person with poor eyesight could see the family’s house thousands of kiloters away.

"With my strength enhanced, at least temporarily, the Giant Tribe will be my target."

"Hehe, let them witness the ’mosquito’ disturbance from Earth."

That night.

A deafening howl rose up inside the giant’s house.

Two slightly smaller breathing sounds also echoed, signifying their owners’ deep slumber.

Yet amid these breathing sounds, a small shadow flew, resembling a mosquito, silently entering the giant tribe’s house through a gap.

"Last ti, I missed sothing, this ti I’ll find a chance to test it."

Jia Yan flew within the giant’s house.

After days of observation, he learned of the Giant Tribe’s regular daily routine, resting shortly after sunset.

Normally, with such rest patterns, their physical and spiritual state would be fine.

Yet Jia Yan purposely created disturbances in the middle of the night for several days, causing the family to wake once or twice with concern.

The giant family was helpless, forced to get up and search for what dared to disrupt their ho.

But whenever Jia Yan caused disturbance, he’d imdiately retreat miles away, always eluding them.

This was why when Jia Yan flew into the giants’ house today, the family was deeply asleep.

Jia Yan desired to taste adult giant’s blood, so he had to employ such a despicable tactic.

Buzz buzz buzz...

The Giant Mosquito soared through the air, its wings rapidly beating, mimicking a tiny mosquito.

"Great, I’ll test the effect of adult giant blood now."
