But dying due to arrogance is just a joke.

Jia Da was extrely solemn, thinking that the child hadn’t noticed Lord Jia Yan on his shoulder, or that Lord Jia Yan had fled before he was discovered or attacked.

But none of these speculations ca true.

Because in his eyes, the child of the Giant Tribe actually looked straight at Lord Jia Yan on his shoulder.

"It’s over, Lord Jia Yan, run away quickly."

Jia Da almost scread as he made his escape.

Knowing that Jia Yan’s life might be related to the lives of several of his brothers, of course, he had to speak up for Jia Yan at that mont.

Beside him, that group of biological creatures also scread in the sa way.

Even other non-beetle creatures were doing the sa. They’ve already chosen sides, so they can only hope Jia Yan leads them to escape or a better life.

The creatures all cried out in shock.

But their cries couldn’t possibly be heard at such a distance, not even the Brainwave Power could transmit over hundreds of kiloters, let alone the giant child who was ten thousand kiloters away.

This group of creatures saw the child and Jia Yan making eye contact, raising his arm.

"It’s over."

"Alas, the Lord is going to die; once he does, let’s quickly escape."

"Escape outside the city, those Controller Union people even if they can hunt us down, they can’t chase us outside, right?"

The creatures and beetle brothers at that mont were already contemplating their escape plan.

But just as they believed Jia Yan would soon die at the hands of the child of the Giant Tribe...

"Master, how will you guide next?"

The giant child’s voice bood out words that stunned the creatures nearby.

"What? Master?"

"The child from the Giant Tribe actually called soone ’Master,’ could it be referring to Lord Jia Yan on his shoulder?"

The creatures looked as if they were in chaos in the wind.

They were all incredulous, unable to believe the scene before them, nor the voices they heard.

Because the child, looking in the direction, spoke the words, and it turned out that it was directed at the ’Lord Jia Yan’ whom they thought was dood.

Could it be that the ’Master’ the child spoke of was actually Lord Jia Yan?

The creatures were montarily frozen.

They looked at each other, unsure of what to say.

They didn’t want to believe what they saw, but the reality in front of them made them realize this wasn’t a dream.

"Haha, disciple, I’ll teach you a new combat technique later, and I also want to see if you can practice a certain cultivation technique I created before, if you can... haha."

Sitting on the giant child’s shoulder, Jia Yan spoke casually.

His voice was equally large but much smaller than the child’s.

But being smaller did not an it was small, as the giant child casually stepped over the grass where so subordinate creatures were, indifferent to the bug creatures beneath his feet.

And because of this, Jia Yan’s words were barely heard by the group of creatures.

"What?"

"Lord Jia Yan actually addressed the giant child as ’disciple’?"

"Is it true? My God."

"What’s going on exactly?"

The group of creatures was all confused, not knowing what was happening; so even were unwilling to believe the matter because a Giant Tribe mber calling a tiny bug creature ’Master’ was unheard of.

Even seeing Lord Jia Yan, one would expect him to attack directly!

That’s why the creatures were in chaos, while Jia Yan on the other side did not notice the group of subordinates behind him or consider them willing to wait for his command.

In fact, Jia Yan assud they had fled.

Because if he were them, he would have fled when his superior dared to provoke trouble at a Manipulators Alliance gathering place; certainly wouldn’t decide to follow his leader into death.

But he did not expect that this group genuinely wanted to accompany him to death or seed to have more confidence than Jia Yan himself.

So he did not expect a group just waiting in the grass to witness their leader being called ’Master’ by a Giant child.

"How did Lord Jia Yan get involved with a Giant Tribe child?"

"It’s useless; this child will surely take the Lord to et his parents, and if they see Jia Yan, they will definitely attack him, and maybe the Lord will die."

"Uh, weren’t you just saying the sa thing earlier? Now, maybe the Lord will win the favor of that lady once inside."

"Impressive, to have a Giant Tribe mber call him ’Master,’ not to ntion Lord Jia Yan is... looks like he’s entering the house now?"

"If he truly gains the support of a Giant Tribe mber, it’s like winning the lottery; each mber of the Giant Tribe is akin to a Dao Entry Strongman’s strength, and so even stronger ones exceed that."

"Alright, let’s see if the lady of the house will extinguish our Lord now."

On this side, Jia Yan had just entered the house with the child.

"Master, do you really want to et my parents? I... I fear they will want to kill you if they see you."

"What are you afraid of? I’m not afraid; if your parents are truly so shortsighted, it can only be said they lack vision."

Jia Yan, confident in his abilities, especially in handling a confrontation with the Giant Tribe, felt secure. At least against ordinary Giant Tribe mbers, his Subspace Ability could easily dodge their attacks, so at this mont, Jia Yan felt no fear.

"Mom, I... I brought a teacher for you to see."

Entering, the Giant Tribe child spoke nervously before his mother.

"Hmm? You have a teacher, where? How would you have a teacher yourself? The rice seller, the barber, or the shop’s lady?"

"None of them."

The child, under his mother’s questioning gaze, pointed cautiously to Jia Yan sitting upright on his shoulder.

"Mom, I’ve taken him as my teacher."

"What?"

When the child pointed at Jia Yan, his mother’s expression changed sharply.

Her expression turned cold.

"Playing with bugs and claiming he is your teacher; are you out of your mind? We are the Giant Tribe. Here, let mom slap him dead; for a bug to dare mislead my son."

His mother, in her love for her son, suddenly raised her hand to slap at the child’s shoulder.

Of course, she asured her strength carefully, so as not to hurt the child, but the bug on his shoulder would surely die.

On Earth, an adult Giant’s strength was far beyond what a Giant child could match, typically twice as strong.

Of course, once power reaches a certain level, it becos aningless to smaller creatures, just like ants being oblivious to whether a human or elephant’s strength is greater; it’s all just a step to them, no significance.

Seeing the slap coming, even the Giant child couldn’t react quickly.

Swish.

Jia Yan, unflinching, calmly entered Subspace.
