This deep blue was entirely caused by the attacks from the tal monsters!
Within this canopy of deep blue, countless traces resembling cracks were interspersed.
The crack-like areas were those not covered by the bluish defense.
These areas seed to rely only on his body’s inherent defense to resist the enemies’ attacks due to a shortage of the azure material!
The red light attack, along with Jia Yan’s coagulate defense and exoskeleton, could withstand one or two attacks.
But if an onslaught of red light focuses on one area, his defense would quickly weaken!
After dozens of red light attacks, the areas without the bluish defense beca severely damaged!
Nurous grueso wounds appeared on Jia Yan’s body!
From so of these wounds, an unknown colored liquid was oozing out.
Even though Mosquito blood should not be red, at this mont, the blood flowing from these wounds was indeed red!
It was the first ti Jia Yan saw his own body bleeding.
There were so many strange things about his body so he just glanced at this red blood, then quickly moved on…
He swayed his body a bit.
He eyed the other side, the army of tallic monsters that was following the main path towards Tan City.
Thanks to his interjection, the number of this army had directly dropped from over a thousand to around seven hundred.
In other words, Jia Yan’s battle had directly caused the sa loss for tallic monsters as Huaxia’s recent large-scale war!
That military unit had only caused around three hundred losses for the tallic monsters, and their side had also lost several thousand n!
The Giant Mosquito observed the remaining tallic monsters for a while, then attempted to flap its wings again…
Buzz, buzz, buzz.
The sound was no longer that of violent fury, but rather more similar to the first Little Mosquito’s flight sound: weak and dispirited, shooting towards the sky.
Jia Yan set course towards Tan City.
Without even a minute’s ti, Jia Yan’s figure returned to the sky above Tan City.
By this ti, the army of tallic monsters had still not arrived.
He planned to take out his laptop bag which he had left at ho, before their arrival.
Although he had planned to store the laptop bag on the roof of his house, that idea changed upon seeing the destructive power of the cyan-grey stone.
Welco to the club!
After all, he rather not know if these tallic monsters have the ability to sense the cyan-grey stone, as they originally obtained this from their own bodies!
A major conflict between the giant mosquito monster and the tallic monsters occurred and ended in a remote wilderness, witnessed by a re handful of humans at the scene!
However, aside from these few, there was another entity that had witnessed this grand battle – a spy satellite hovering hundreds of kiloters above the combatants!
The result of this battle astonished the humans who were monitoring it!
Due to limited data transmission capabilities, what they saw were so intermittent images.
They didn’t see the actual battle process, let alone the cyan-grey pebble.
After all, it was already difficult for the satellite to see the tallic monsters on the ground, let alone a small, super-sonic cyan-grey pebble!
Thus, seeing the outco and current state of the giant mosquito monster and tallic monsters, they were all very surprised.
What level of fight could lead to such a scenario?
It was beyond imagination!
It was quite expected of the tallic monsters, as their imnse power was evident in their ability to hold their own against the human military.
But why did the giant mosquito monster have such a strength?
Previous reports on television did not ntion mosquitos having such power.
Moreover, previous sightings all involved Giant Mosquitoes that only used physical attacks.
For this Giant Mosquito to fight with the tallic monsters, those massive explosion scenes on the ground must have been caused by it!
So why could a mosquito that should only have physical attack capabilities cause such damage?
A series of questions left the researchers at the monitoring stations utterly surprised.
This discovery caused them to completely change their views on the Giant Mosquito monster.
However, Jia Yan didn’t care about the researchers’ opinions of him.
If he were aware that they just witnessed his actions, his only hope would probably be that they would not launch any nuclear weapons his way, as he could very likely be affected by them!
But Jia Yan had no idea he was under surveillance.
As a result, he continued at his own pace, retrieving his laptop bag.
At the rooftop of his ho, Jia Yan wasted no ti.
After retrieving his laptop bag, he briefly checked its contents.
After a few glances to verify that nothing was missing, he put everything back in the bag!
Before long, the body of the Big Mosquito lifted off from the small building and continued to ascend.
High in the sky, Jia Yan was flying.
Now, he finally caught sight of the tallic monsters.
These monsters watched the Giant Mosquito Monster fly overhead, but this ti they didn’t hastily attack.
This horde of monsters seed to have co to understand that this flying creature overhead was not so easy to defeat.
They perhaps thought that the only way to defeat it was by waiting for future opportunities!
The Big Mosquito, with a laptop bag on its back, was fortunate that the surveillance satellite had its gaze fully focused on the tallic monsters.
Otherwise, Jia Yan’s strange appearance would certainly have unnerved those monitoring the situation!
The body of the Big Mosquito flew high up into the kiloter-high sky, where he was now planning on slowing down and resting for a bit.
Jia Yan, up in the air, was constantly pondering the gains from this battle.
Fighting with so many tallic monsters had its pros and cons – Jia Yan’s grasp of his current power level was stronger and he had gained a lot of combat experience.
The downside was that he had consud five green-grey pebbles.
Despite eliminating several hundred of the over a thousand tallic monsters with those five pebbles, the outco was largely due to Jia Yan taking advantage of the terrain and deploying various tactics.
He now understood just how terrifying the tallic monsters were!
However, no matter how terrifying they were, it was all in the past.
Jia Yan had already managed to keep the monsters at bay, making them abandon their march in this direction.
This was quite an accomplishnt!
“This battle took almost half an hour.
My parents and younger sister shouldn’t have gone too far.”
Jia Yan looked down at the scenery below.
The detour he had recomnded to his parents led to another city.
This route could eventually lead back to the main highway, albeit with so extra travel.
But a detour was certainly better than encountering the Army of tallic Monsters.
Otherwise, his parents would surely have been injured or even killed.
Finally having achieved his goal, Jia Yan felt a slight joy in his heart.
His mood was excellent, considering he had managed to keep his family safe from disaster.
“But I can’t let my guard down.
Since so many small tallic monsters have appeared here, it’s certainly possible that other tallic monsters will appear nearby.
I must hurry along!”
With these thoughts in mind, the fatigued Jia Yan sped up his flight.
A group of people were on the road, moving quite rapidly!
So of the people who had just caught up were panicked, telling the fleeing crowd that a massive army of tallic monsters was fighting with the Giant Mosquito Monster that had nested in the road.
Regardless of who would win this battle, they might be caught by the approaching tallic monsters and killed!
So they had to hasten their pace!
“My na is Wu Rongbin, and yours?” At the back of the group, a young man struck up a conversation with a girl of about his age.
The girl was helping her father, whose leg hadn’t fully healed.
After rushing on the road for a while, he was getting a bit tired.
Yet, having his daughter at his energy fungi helped a lot.
It increased his morale and gave him enough strength to keep up with the group!
The girl, seeing the boy striking up a conversation, responded since they were both fleeing the disaster, “My na is Jia Lin.
Nice to et you.” Comparatively, Jia Lin seed more well-rounded for her age due to the experiences she’s been through!
“Right, nice to et you.
Are you from Tan City?
My father and I are foreigners.
This isn’t our first ti experiencing sothing like this.
Don’t worry, the tallic monsters have a certain pattern to their movents.
They won’t keep chasing us, the few survivors.”
Wu Rongbin showed a smile characteristic of a young boy.
In truth, he didn’t have any ulterior motives, he just noticed that this family seed to need help, so he started a conversation.
After a brief chat, he finally asked, under the encouraging eyes of his father, “I see that you’re carrying sothing heavy.
Let help you carry one of those boxes, the one without valuables will do.”
“This…” The girl was a bit hesitant, but after seeing her parents approving, she finally handed over a backpack.
The young man accepted the backpack with a grin.
After being saved by the Big Mosquito yesterday, he and his father decided to help other people as much as they could, as a way to repay life for sparing them!
Jia Yan saved the Wus, and now they were helping Jia Yan’s family.
Doing good deeds has its rewards, it’s as simple as that…
