Jia Yan’s plan was very simple. As a creature at the Stellar level impacting the Star River level, his power might not even match that of his pre-ascension self. So in such a situation, if others knew he was the target, it was possible that this group of Star River level existences would directly move to eliminate him.
For Jia Yan, this was a completely unacceptable form of failure because he believed he could face death, especially since he was up against a group of Star River level beings. This was because the opposing side didn’t want to kill and wanted to show their Big Star Field grace, concerned about diplomatic issues, as this territory, although nominally taken by Jia Yan, still belonged to another Star River level existence.

A Semi-permanent Star Level Creature from the assassin side finally couldn’t hold back and destroyed a battleship because it was too annoying, sticking to him and refusing to let go, so he had no choice but to sink it.
"Hahaha, impressive, little Dongdong. Because of your sink, the Lord will surely rember you, and you’ll definitely miss out on your next reward."
"I didn’t want to; why was this battleship sticking to ?"
The Semi-permanent Star Creature was both amused and helplessly mocked by other Semi-permanent Star Level Strong Ones.
The battle had just begun but already showed a one-sided stance.
The forces on both sides, in theory, weren’t that different in strength on the surface, but they still were far too disparate, making the Taiya populace and leaders on-site instantly realize what a ’major force’ truly ans.
The gap was not rely a simple matter of configuration. It lay in the foundational quality of personnel, basic battle tactics, battle readiness, mobilization capabilities, and self-confidence, among other factors.
All these issues had led to the current one-sided result, with Taiya’s military having no chance of victory at all.
Of course, nobody expected Taiya’s forces to win, including themselves.
After all, they were facing an army led by Star River level beings; winning would indeed be strange.

Another warrior from the Assassin Starfield bombed a battleship from Taiya, killing many creatures inside.
"Another one down, and three thousand of our Taiya warriors have died already. Their sacrifice is too tragic."
"Lord Jia Yan, why haven’t you appeared yet? Can he bear to watch our Taiya pay such needless lives because of him?"
"Ugh?"
The Taiya high command observed the battlefield’s progress, fully aware the situation looked grim, having foreseen it all along.
Yet they continued, through each battle and passing mont, to hope for Jia Yan’s arrival.
So long as their Lord appeared, they felt there would be a glimr of hope, even though they couldn’t fathom what Jia Yan could do against a group of Star River Level Beings. Still, they blindly trusted Jia Yan that way.
