[Request for Subscription]_1 What Jia Yan didn’t realize was the rumors about this particular life-form, himself, were spreading faster, clearer, and farther through the regions he occupied and from the lips of the beings under his Earth Team command.
This information spread at an extraordinarily rapid pace!
What he was even less aware of was that his power, and the fact that he was launching a full-throttle attack, had essentially violated a critical taboo.
A grievous offence in the desert!
Those entities in his convoy had no idea about this either because the Strong Ones who had committed such a cri before had all t with miserable ends.
No one knew anything about the punishnts they had received!
This rule always circulated among powerful entities and the Strong Ones.
Lower-level beings and entities had no right to this knowledge!
In an unnad location, so strange entities had gathered.
These entities were shrouded in shadows, their exact number and size unknown.
Yet the sounds they emitted echoed continuously, sending shivers down one’s spine.
“This flying monster, we made a mistake when it was approaching the desert.
The mistake was not sending a Strong One to warn it.
Therefore, I suggest we give it another chance.”
“Send a Strong One there to give it a verbal warning.
If it dares to resist or violates the rules again, then it’s ti for punishnt…”
“But we still need to confirm its strength, we can’t allow a repeat of the previous incident.”
“…”
“…”
Before long, the voices faded and silence once again took over this desolate place, as though all life had returned to its quiet slumber.
Then a strikingly slim figure silently rose from the darkness and slowly drifted away.
Ti went by, and a massive creature descended upon the dark place.
“Attention everybody, a Diplomat from the Biotech State is visiting.
Everyone, co out!”
The massive creature soared through the sky, over thirty ters long, its wings wide enough to cover an area of over a hundred ters.
At its arrival, a clearly audible voice echoed from above.
With the sound of that voice, the shadows of several incredibly strong creatures appeared on the back of the massive flying lifeform.
Among them, one was an immaculate white figure with a perfectly contoured, muscular body, a beautiful creation.
Above her head were three horns, between which lightning danced around, as if engulfed by fierce thunderstorms.
These creatures hovered high in the sky, casually looking down at the dark land below, patiently waiting.
The land of darkness remained tranquil and didn’t make a sound.
It was as if those mysterious beings that were previously there had completely departed.
But the silence didn’t last long.
“May I ask, Most Honorable Diplomat of the Biotech State, why have you co to us, the immortals?
Surely, you do not consider our strength sothing worth noticing?”
From beneath, an ancient voice erged, resembling an old and weak elder on Earth.
“You are too modest.
The strength of the Gold Desert is sothing even the Biotech State has to be cautious of.
However, we did not co to cause trouble.
We ca to inquire for so information.
If you answer honestly, there will be no trouble.
However, if you do not…”
The white figure resounded with a clear and lodious female voice akin to a songbird.
But the implications of her words brought an icy chill!
“If you do not answer honestly, we believe it is ti to rectify the power dynamics in the Gold Desert!”
Down below, silence prevailed one more.
It took a while before a sigh was heard from the depths, and the atmosphere seed less friendly than before.
“Typical Biotech State arrogance.
What is it you wish to ask us?”
The white figures above were ready to pounce, expectant of any potential hostility below.
However, hearing the sound of surrender, they loosened up a bit.
It was worth noting that the Gold Desert and so forces in the forest could pose a significant threat to the Biotech State, which was in control of this planet’s pri forces.
Mainly, the presence of so interstellar civilizations vaguely lurking behind these forces.
Triggering a war under such circumstances would be a hard burden for the Biotech State to bear.
“We want to inquire about the whereabouts of a flying monster.
There are reports suggesting it entered the Gold Desert.
You don’t need to give us the information now.
Just contact us when you have it.”
The white figure above tossed down a specially designed piece of technology.
“This is a communicator with related data in it.”
The device was elegant and small, seemingly made of pure gold.
As the item fell, a massive yet slender thing below suddenly shot up and wrapped around the device then disappeared as quickly as lightning, as if nothing had happened.
“I understand.
If we receive any information, we will let you know.”
The voice of the ancient figure seed to hint at the end of their conversation.
“Very well, we look forward to hearing from you.” The white creature in the sky exhibited a hint of a smile.
Then the light on her three horns sparked and suddenly extinguished.
