[First update]_1 Sprays of water were exploding all around him!
In his shock, Jia Yan quickly spread his wings, with sprays of water chasing him from behind!
He took flight!
The pursuit of the chemical liquid was incredibly fast.
Jia Yan headed straight back into the pipe he had co from to escape!
The water sprayed behind him, so droplets even splattering onto Jia Yan’s body, leaving a sensation of pain.
Jia Yan instantly pushed his speed to the limit, his body slamming into the pipe wall as he was unable to turn in ti at the corner!
Buzz buzz buzz!
The sound of his wings scraping against the pipe wall was a grating cacophony!
His body fell freely, chased relentlessly by the splashing chemical waste.
The water spray was about to subrge his hind legs.
“Almost there!
Almost there!”
The dark sewage tunnel was right in front of him, with Jia Yan about to reach it, his speed still accelerating sharply!
Arrived!
Turn sharply!
Buzz buzz buzz!
The flapping frequency of his wings almost reached Jia Yan’s limit.
In the upper space of the sewer, Jia Yan, knocked down from the water pipe, used his wings to make a sudden stop in the air.
Then he hurriedly darted to the side!
A surging torrent of chemical waste followed closely, cascading down right next to him!
Crashing into the sewer, sprays of water splashed up.
Jia Yan flew a little farther away.
Being chased by chemical waste was not pleasant.
Jia Yan felt his life had been scared shorter by a few months.
Luckily, he had managed to dodge it.
These chemical wastes gave him a really unpleasant feeling.
A few splashes were fine, but had his whole body been imrsed, things could have gone seriously wrong!
“Actually, I had two choices at that mont.
One was to continue back along the pipe, the other was to fly out of the viewing hole.
But doing that would have made it impossible to hide myself, facing so many workers directly, and with no other escape routes in the workshop, the risk would have been even greater.
So my decision was the right one!”
Jia Yan had hesitated for a few microseconds.
He himself wasn’t sure if it was that brief, but he had indeed hesitated.
Thankfully, he hadn’t chosen to escape into the workshop.
If he had, he might well have been in the greatest crisis now!
“Inside this workshop, I have found a way in, but there are too many people.
Now, I will get outside and wait for a chance!”
Jia Yan firmly believed sothing happened in this factory.
Otherwise, why would the two workers have whispered to each other so ominously before!
So, he could wait.
As long as he was a bit outside of this factory’s scope, he was sure an opportunity would eventually co!
“Also, those people in the tent will eventually find their way here.
Their appearance could be another variable.
Perhaps it could even present an opportunity for !”
Jia Yan affird this in his mind, then began to crawl up towards the sewer exit!
The outside world was still a pitch dark night.
A giant mosquito, flapping its wings, carefully avoiding the surveillance caras, and heading into the night sky…
The dark night would always pass, and dawn would eventually arrive.
Compared to the forest during the night, the morning forest was tinged with an erald green vitality, which signified life’s energy.
However, for a team that had started their journey early in the morning, things were not that pleasant.
“Instructor, we don’t have any cell signal here, so who should we send to contact the police and relevant personnel?” said the male student, or rather, Instructor Lin’s student, scratching his swollen arm.
Each of the five individuals was carrying their own pack with loads of luggage.
Instructor Lin looked at the team – three n and two won.
Then his gaze skipped over his eager student and landed on the middle-aged driver who was acting as their guide.
“Mr.
Jin, could you please go back?
But rember to inform the police and then call this number.
Tell them it’s my number and repeat the information we gave you.
They will arrange everything from there, including your wages.”
“Alright, Instructor Lin.” Mr.
Jin was initially nervous, thinking about how he got involved in such a complex matter, one that even seed to be connected with the world war from decades ago.
It seed really dangerous.
After Mr.
Jin left, disregarding the resentful expression of his male student, Instructor Lin led the team further into the deep forest.
The day passed quickly and night fell again.
Then, the night passed, and the bright daylight descended once again.
The golden morning light illuminated the earth, as Jia Yan, bathed in this light, quietly hid himself between trees.
He would take a few hours to rest each day, just as he used to.
He would fall asleep during his rest, and he would also dream.
He had a dream yesterday where he transford into a super gigantic mosquito through the purple-red liquid dicine.
He couldn’t grasp how big he was, just a feeling that he was flying in a completely dark place.
The hurricane caused by his flight could create energy radiation, and those radiated energies splattered in all directions in the dark space like an explosion…
However, this dream ended when he saw a gigantic sphere.
All he could rember was that in his dream, he was very excited when he saw the giant sphere and flew towards it.
“Is that sphere…a planet?”
Okay, this dream is too fantastical, don’t give it too much thought.
Jia Yan kept his gaze on the three buildings in front of him.
After observing this place for two days, Jia Yan had assuredly found sothing happening in the factory.
From ti to ti, the Northeast Wild Tiger would take people who looked like thugs to patrol the factory.
Loud roars could be heard from inside the factory now and then!
“Sothing must be happening in the factory, perhaps even a worker’s mutiny.
If it turns out chaotic, that’s my chance!”
Jia Yan was a bit excited.
If there was a significant change in the factory, he could have a chance to be fully imrsed in the purple-red liquid dicine.
Would that make his mutation intenser?
He was looking forward to it!
In the factory, the Northeast Wild Tiger and the man with glasses seed quite tired.
“Boss, there was another incident yesterday.
There was so kind of explosion in that place.
Luckily, no worker was inside, but the device was broken.
I had a chanic over imdiately to temporarily fix the valve, allowing the workshop to resu normal operations!”
The man with glasses had an inscrutable look behind his thick lenses.
He asked in a low voice, “Boss, can you tell what that hole is now?”
The Northeast Wild Tiger was also looking at his subordinate with a somber look.
This graduate from a third-rate university was once underestimated by many, but upon their first conversation at a job fair, the Northeast Wild Tiger knew of his exceptional scholarship.
His way of dealing with matters was not like that of a fresh graduate.
He was confident this man would be a capable subordinate.
And so, the Northeast Wild Tiger hired him, and not just ordinarily, he beca his first-hand subordinate.
He also trusted him.
The Northeast Wild Tiger collected his thoughts.
He then said, “Yu Xunren, if you want to know, you can’t tell anyone.
If I find out that you have leaked even the slightest bit, I will kill you with my own hands.
Do you still want to know?”
The man with glasses laughed uncomfortably.
“Boss, you know .
Have you ever seen say anything about this factory?
Alright, if you really don’t trust , then never mind.”
The Northeast Wild Tiger shook his head, “Alright, I’ll tell you…”
“This place was once occupied by the Wa Kingdom during the war, and they built these three buildings here.”
“Then they inhumanely used so of our Huaxia ancestors for experints.
What happened after that, we both know, that is, the war broke out, and this place was once occupied by many dostic and foreign troops.”
“The result of the occupation is that, in the end, no one knew what these facilities were.

Maybe he didn’t know the answer, or maybe he knew a little but didn’t want to say.
Seeing his boss’s expression, the man with glasses wisely did not ask further.
But in his heart, a huge stone seed to weigh him down.
Sohow, he felt sort of terrified of ‘that place’ in the factory.
The blazing sun in the sky was high up.
Jia Yan was still lying on the trees near the factory, waiting for his chance.
And the exploring team of four people staggered out of the bushes…
Before long, they arrived in front of the factory ford by the three buildings!
