It was strikingly similar; the city wasn’t exaggeratedly large, roughly the sa size as City Six.
There were distinct zones just as before, with objects that looked very advanced coming and going within.
However, compared to City Six, this city seed to have a more formal feel, and so Strong Ones were flying and roaming in the sky, and the city itself was well-ordered, with all beings seemingly following so set of rules.
At this mont, Jia Yan felt sothing strange, that all the creatures here appeared to be in a state of obvious ntal dullness.
He glanced at the Servant Monster flying beside him, and what was odd was that this Monster didn’t exhibit such a severe tendency, whereas most of the average-strength beings below had a sluggish look in their actions.
Jia Yan had a hunch about sothing and felt a hint of caution towards the upcoming city!
“Alright, follow .
In this city, only the city defense is allowed to fly.
If you dare to fly, don’t bla for your death,” said the guiding Servant Monster, as it led Jia Yan downwards.
Jia Yan hurried to keep up.
In the city ahead, there were towering walls and city gates, with the gates reaching a height of a hundred ters, not even Jia Yan standing upright could reach the top—truly majestic.
As Jia Yan walked with the Monster ahead, he noticed that the ordinary beings they passed all quickly knelt down before his guide, the Servant Monster, with utmost devotion.
Jia Yan also felt vicarious embarrassnt; uncomfortable with this sensation, he fell slightly behind.
After worshiping the Servant Monster in front, the ordinary beings once more rose up in their dazed state, going about their business.
“You see now, even a Servant like holds a lofty status here, don’t you?” the Servant Monster said with so pride as it walked ahead of Jia Yan.
“Yes, I understand,” Jia Yan replied flatly, but inside he scoffed.
Such so-called status, he could well do without.
If this Monster aspired to such things, then they were as different as chalk and cheese.
His life goal was to beco a Strong One, whereas the other sought so-called rights—they were not of the sa species!
Approaching the towering city gate, they saw from afar a Montser, before which a small squad of beings, each around five ters tall, riding creatures that were fifteen or sixteen ters long, rushed toward them.
The earth shook with a thunderous noise, vibrantly trembling, showing that the charge of this small squad of Cavalry was truly fearso!
Jia Yan watched the squad of Cavalry without flinching.
To him, including the creatures they mounted, none surpassed Earth Level; they were rely pretentious in his eyes.
“Lord Kaka!
We welco your return!” cried the head of the Cavalry as they reached the Servant Monster, quickly rolling off their saddles and prostrating before it.
Jia Yan silently sneered; such behavior suggested much about the so-called Dragon Realm’s ethos—it showed its stripes!
However, it was only then that he learned the na of the Servant: Sir Kaka.
At that mont, Kaka glanced with detached contentnt at the kneeling Cavalry, gestured for them to rise, and wore a satisfied smile.
“What do you think?
If you want to beco a Servant, there might still be a chance,” Kaka said, turning his head to look at Jia Yan with a tempting tone after the Cavalry had arranged themselves to escort Lord Kaka and Jia Yan into the city.
Jia Yan, already sowhat sickened by his behavior, was at a loss for words upon hearing this.
The other actually thought he would want the sa ‘treatnt’ as these fellows?
“Heh…” Jia Yan laughed, then shook his head, “Lord Kaka, I was born a wild man.
Better I don’t mix with you all.
Thank you for the invitation.”
“Ungrateful!” Lord Kaka huffed coldly; he could not avoid noticing that Jia Yan looked down upon their ways.
In fact, the offer to join their ranks of Servants was not out of the goodness of their hearts, for these Servants did not achieve their status overnight; strength was just a requirent, and their status could be very low if they failed in their tasks.
If Jia Yan were so foolish as to agree, then in the days to co, there would be plenty of opportunity for Lord Kaka to let this arrogant ‘expert’ experience his thods!
But Jia Yan would never agree!
They continued to advance, and as Jia Yan took in the bustling scenery, he was sowhat amazed.
It didn’t look quite clear from the sky, but now on the ground, facing the city directly, he discovered that it combined the science fiction vibe of the Alien City’s skyscrapers with so religious buildings; so strangely dressed Monster, looking like religious mbers, bustled around.
There were also flying vehicles zipping through the sky, but all were obeying traffic rules, with no collisions in sight.
