Seeing Jia Yan looking around in bewildernt, the five monsters rely thought he was marveling at the novelty of everything.
After all, for most creatures, this was the most mysterious place in the entire galaxy, so Jia Yan’s behavior was not surprising.
“Just to let you know, the spots gained at the collection gala are more of an honor.
The major powers are after exposure, not really for the collecting itself, so it’s better not to have too high expectations for the gathering of Chaos stones,” he said to Jia Yan.
Jia Yan nodded in understanding, “I understand.”
He had long known that for an individual powerhouse, obtaining a gathering spot did not offer much benefit, but for them, it could increase their support price next ti and serve as a bargaining chip to join so forces.
Entering here, most felt it was sowhat beneficial, a spot to dig was just a part, and nobody was going to strike it rich.
“Alright, there are many rules down here.
I will explain them in detail.
For safety, there are so things you must not touch,” the five-headed monster explained.
While Jia Yan observed his surroundings, he noted what the five-headed monster was saying, but he did not rember the real values.
Instead, he analyzed the dangerous points the monster ntioned, as those might endanger his life later.
The corridor was dimly lit, and it was actually very large.
They were only walking along one of the paths, and to Jia Yan, he was only seeing a part of the corridor.
The place looked pitch black, but so of the details were exquisitely beautiful and extrely grand.
Pipes crisscrossed the corridor, and nurous hidden paths led in all directions.
Jia Yan knew this was rely a basic part of the corridor.
As a powerhouse, if he wreaked havoc here, he could destroy much of it.
But he also knew that this was not an important place, and further away, a sense of danger kept prodding his senses, suggesting there were entities that could fatally harm him.
Of course, Jia Yan realized that among the technological weapons and truly dangerous things in the corridor, he had not seen even those three terrifying top ten powerhouses; he could not sense them either.
“Alright, up ahead is the corridor elevator.
You will take the elevator up, and then you can directly reach the gathering point on the other side.
Rember, the security there is even tighter.
If you make any sudden moves, and you die, it would be your own responsibility.
We are not liable,” they continued.
The five monsters instructed him a few more tis, then retreated towards the back.
Jia Yan then boarded a moderately sized elevator, which was brightly decorated.
Once he settled in, the elevator started moving.
“So, no personnel in this step either, which makes sense since we haven’t reached the gathering point yet.
Even if soone had ill intentions, causing a disturbance here would be pointless,” Jia Yan reasoned, understanding the current relaxed security.
Jia Yan could feel the acceleration of the elevator.
It started off slowly, initially at less than a hundred kiloters per hour but gradually sped up to about ten kiloters per second!
Such speeds were no joke.
Although for Big Mosquito, his speed was naturally faster than this, this was actually much faster than Earth’s ancient rockets.
Without such speed, he couldn’t possibly reach the Chaos Stone Gathering Planet, tens of thousands of kiloters away, swiftly.
Viewed from the universe, this area near a stellar body had a very unique landscape, with two planets in the vicinity, each with a distinct aura: one filled with a sci-fi vibe, the other entirely encased in tal.
They were connected by a corridor tens of thousands of kiloters long; outer-star technology had sohow managed to link them without a fracture.
At that mont, Jia Yan’s sense of the external world wasn’t very strong.
He could sense a miraculous material isolating him from the outside.
His Brainwave Power could only break through this barrier with a forceful effort.
However, at this mont, he couldn’t possibly do so since he was just a regular participant.
If he did that, he might be apprehended upon reaching the other side!
A few tens of thousands of kiloters seed very close due to the elevator’s high speed, and soon, Jia Yan heard a strange screeching noise from the elevator, which then ca to a halt.
The elevator doors opened.
The sight in front of him made even Big Mosquito’s Compound Eyes tremble slightly.
Turns out, ahead of the elevator was a brightly lit scene, and the exterior was imnsely vast.
It felt completely bright everywhere, contrary to what it was before.
“Mr.
Jia Yan, I presu?
I am the defense soldier tasked with welcoming you.
Please follow ,” a group of powerful looking soldiers stood in front of the elevator doors.
Most of these guys were Starry Sky Level Experts; the one who spoke was even a Middle Period Powerhouse.
Although his strength was not greater than Jia Yan’s, as a Middle Period Powerhouse, he was certainly not a weak one.
