While they were lost in the kiss, a soft, playful voice broke the silence from the side.
"Kisu~ Kisu~"
Javier and Liana froze. Liana’s eyes widened in surprise as she pulled back from the kiss, her cheeks flushed. She turned to see Mimi standing nearby, her lips puckered upward, her tail swaying happily, both hands clasped in front of her as she leaned forward.
"Mimi..." Liana exhaled, composing herself. "How long have you been standing there?"
"Nya?" Mimi tilted her head, one finger resting on her lips, her tail swaying playfully. "We’ve all been watching you since you started waiting for Husband, nya."
Liana’s eyes narrowed. "I’ve been waiting for Young Master for thirty minutes. I should have been able to detect you if you were watching from afar."
Mimi pouted, her brow furrowing before a sheepish grin spread across her face. "Big Sis Gloria was the one who concealed us, nya~"
Liana’s eyes widened as she glanced into the distance, where Gloria, Felicia, Delya, and Gracelle stood behind a pillar, trying their best to look innocent.
Liana crossed her arms, her eyes narrowing as she fixed her gaze on Gloria. "My, my~ Second wife. Since when did you beco soone who enjoys peeking on others?"
Gloria gracefully walked toward them, raising her palm to cover her lips as she let out a soft, mocking laugh. "Ara~ I have no idea what you’re talking about, First Wife. I was simply ensuring that our dear husband was being properly attended to. After all, you always seem to get the best monts, leaving the rest of us to watch from afar."
Gloria crossed her arms under her breast, while Liana mirrored the gesture, both of them wearing sweet but dangerously sharp smiles.
"It was just a kiss," Liana said, her voice sweet but firm. "Surely, as the First Wife, I am entitled to certain privileges."
Before Gloria could retort, Mimi’s eyes lit up, and with a joyful leap, she locked her legs around Javier’s waist, her tail swaying happily as she grinned. "Nya~ Husband no longer has that troubled look on his face~ Eheheh~ I’m so happy!"
Javier smiled warmly, planting a quick kiss on Mimi’s lips before gently caressing her head. "Thank you for worrying about , Mimi." He then glanced at all of his fiancées, his expression sincere. "Thank you, all of you. And I’m sorry for making you worry."
Gloria nudged her glasses, clasping her hands in front of her as she smiled. "There’s no need to apologize, Young Master. It is our joy and duty as your future wives to care for you, to share in your worries and your happiness. Seeing you troubled pains us, but seeing you smile again brings us peace."
Felicia stepped forward, her tail swaying gracefully as she spoke, her voice soft and graceful. "I am glad to see you back to your usual self, Husband."
Delya gazed at him with her usual dreamy, loving expression, her eyes sparkling. "I’m so happy you’re back to your normal self, Danna-sama. Your smile is the most precious thing to ."
Gracelle fidgeted slightly, her cheeks flushing as she averted her eyes. She mumbled softly, her voice barely above a whisper. "I’m just... happy to see Javier-sama happy... and smiling again..."
Just as Javier was about to say sothing, Mimi smiled and glanced up at him, still clinging to his waist.
"Ne ne~"
"Hmm? Yes, Mimi?"
"Since Husband is in a good mood now, let’s mate, nya!"
Everyone froze.
Delya quickly covered Gracelle’s ears, while Liana and Gloria whipped their heads toward Mimi in shock. Felicia let out a long exhale, shaking her head.
"This youngest sister of mine... have so decency, Mimi."
"Nya!? Why?" Mimi glanced at them, still clinging to Javier, her hands wrapped around his neck as she tilted her head in confusion. "What’s wrong with asking for mating? It’s been so long since we last had sex, nya!"
The girls’ eyes widened, their faces flushing as they turned to glare at Mimi. Delya sighed, facepalming as she muttered, "Mimi..."
While Liana and Gloria exchanged glances, and Gracelle buried her face in her hands, her entire face flushed.
Liana’s eyes turned serious as she strode toward Javier, reaching out and pulling Mimi’s ear firmly.
"Eeeekkk!!! Nyaaa! I didn’t do anything wrong!" Mimi protested, letting go of Javier as she followed the direction of Liana’s pull, her tail flicking in protest.
Liana leaned in, her eyes narrowing as she glared straight into Mimi’s eyes, still holding her ear. "Nothing wrong, hmm?"
"Eeepp!! My ear!"
Liana kept her grip firm, her voice dropping to a low, stern tone.
"First of all, it has not been that long. If I recall correctly, you had sex with our husband just a few days ago. Second, Gracelle is here, and you should know better than to speak so openly in front of her. And third, you are a girl! Have so decency! If you want to talk about such matters, do it in private!"
"Ehh!? Why?"
"No ’Ehh’!" Liana pulled her ear harder, leaning in with a hiss. "Because it’s not sothing you shout in the hallway!"
"Okay, okay! Sheesh!" Mimi pursed her lips, narrowing her eyes as Liana finally let go. She rubbed her sore ear, her tail swayed in mild annoyance.
Javier smiled warmly, watching his fiancées scold Mimi, who stood with her lips pursed and her tail swaying in mild defiance. She clearly didn’t think she had done anything wrong, but she was too scared of Liana to argue further, and visibly annoyed at being scolded.
Mimi mumbled under her breath, her voice barely audible. "Just asking for mating... nothing wrong with asking for sex with my own husband... it’s not like I’m asking soone else..."
Liana’s eyes narrowed, and Gloria and Felicia both turned their sharp gazes toward her. "What was that, Mimi? We didn’t quite hear you."
"Ehehehe~ N-Nothing!" Mimi rubbed the back of her head, flashing a sheepish, innocent grin.
Just as Javier was about to call for everyone’s attention, a loud sound echoed through the hallway.
Growl~
Everyone turned to stare at Javier, who rubbed the back of his head with a soft laugh. "Looks like my stomach is hungry."
Liana smiled, exhaling softly as she shook her head. "Let’s go to your personal workshop, Young Master. I’ll prepare food for everyone."
While walking, Javier slipped both hands into his pockets, watching his fiancées walk ahead of him, their voices light and cheerful. A soft smile spread across his face.
I guess I should spend so ti with them before everything gets hectic. They deserve that much.
His smile faded slightly, replaced by a calm, determined expression.
After that, I’ll focus on creating new weapons, upgrading all my puppet knights, enhancing the battle drones, and improving every mana helicopter in the Armand naval bases and barracks. I’ll also ensure all mana missile launchers, mana cannons, and anti-air mana guns are upgraded to their maximum potential.
Since Jaigar and Gorak were the lowest-ranked mbers of their heroes’ parties, I still don’t know how strong the others are. But if those three Abyss Spirits and their summoned heroes think they can threaten my family...
