"You lowlife, how dare you injure my beast pet; I’ll see how I deal with you!" Nangong Qinglin had intended to hurt Ye Lingyue, but instead her beast pet died. In her heartache, she was furiously enraged.
This beast pet was acquired after spending a lot of money when she broke through to be a Four Rank Alchemist, and now it had not even lasted half a year before dying. Going back, she would inevitably face her father’s scolding.
"Only idiots would wait in the sa place, ’till we et again if ever, a bunch of fools." Ye Lingyue couldn’t be bothered with these brainless noble won of Xia Capital anymore; she climbed using her hands and feet towards the sixteenth floor of the Alchemist Tower.
