As she and Chen Mu exchanged a glance, they simultaneously roused their Primordial Power. Chen Mu’s palms swept out like devasting waves, clearing a swath of Demon Blade Fish in front of them.
Yue i’s sword light shot forth, binding and exploding the Demon Blade Fish ahead into bits in an instant.
Both leaped up, converging their attack on the Devil Snake Turtle.
The Devil Snake Turtle, unable to find the Moonflower King and persistently tornted by the duo, was full of resentful energy.
It gulped, puffing out several Water Arrows.
Chen Mu’s eyes sparkled with a cold smirk.
Quickly, a battle helt as solid as a rock ford over him, no longer fearing the Water Arrows. His palms struck like a fierce wind through falling leaves, hitting the Devil Snake Turtle’s back repeatedly.
Behind Yue i, her burgeoning Primordial Power, like a new moon, rose significantly, transforming from a crescent into a half-moon, now invoking the second form of the Han Yue Sword.
The dozens of Moon Shadow Sword Lights rged into a longsword.
While Chen Mu attacked the Demon Turtle, Yue i’s eyes turned sharp, and with a swift lift of her sword, a splash of blood gushed as the eerie snake tail of the Devil Snake Turtle was severed.
The Devil Snake Turtle, birthed from a Demon Water Snake and an Earth Demon Turtle, had nearly half of its demonic power stored in its tail. This sword strike left it writhing in agony, its eyes bloodshot.
With a furious roar, the sturdy turtle limbs stomped heavily on the ground, causing countless fissures and shaking the ground like an earthquake.
"If this continues, the Devil Snake Turtle will indeed fall to Chen Mu and Yue i. Then this trip would have been in vain."
Ye Lingyue and others had been observing the fight, and seeing the Devil Snake Turtle almost slain, Ye Lingyue’s brows furrowed, quickly devising a plan.
"Junior Sister Yue, this beast is nearly finished. Don’t kill it. Let try to ta it for my use."

These mountain stones were dense and fast, as if they had eyes, even more troubleso than the earlier attack of the Demon Blade Fish.

She thought that these mountain stones were also caused by the Demon Snake Turtle, in desperation, she ignored Chen Mu’s earlier intent to ta the Demon Snake Turtle and simply flicked her wrist, condensing the power of the Han Yue Sword onto the blade which shot out with a ’puff’, embedding into the belly of the Demon Snake Turtle, causing blood to flow everywhere.
The Demon Snake Turtle breathed its last.
"Junior Sister Yue! You!"
Chen Mu witnessed this scene, his eyes nearly bursting with fury as he glared at Yue i.
He had already said he wanted to ta the Demon Snake Turtle, but Yue i just killed it with one strike, did this woman even consider him at all.
"It’s just a demon beast, why are you so aggressive? Besides, without , could you have tad it by yourself?" Yue i’s temper also flared up, if it wasn’t for Chen Mu, why would she have bothered to tire herself out and get sweaty, and now, two-thirds of the six hours had already passed, yet she hadn’t even seen a shadow of her own Divine Beast.
Chen Mu wanted to explode in anger, but considering Yue i’s identity and strength, he had to swallow his frustration.

A Demon Snake Turtle egg was much better than an adult Demon Snake Turtle that had lost much of its demonic power.
"How else would I have killed it? Senior Brother Chen, you must understand my feelings for you now," Yue i shyly said, lowering her head.
Chen Mu’s heart was moved and he embraced her, speaking softly.
"Junior Sister Yue, you are so kind to , rest assured, I will definitely not fail you. This mature demon beast usually contains a Demon Core, since you didn’t get the Divine Beast, I will retrieve its Demon Core for you."
The two exchanged words, oblivious to others.
Unknowingly, tragedy was about to strike.
Just as Chen Mu was about to retrieve the Demon Core for Yue i, a wail ca from behind!
Chen Mu’s heart chilled, recognizing it as An Yang’s voice.
He had only been focused on fighting and had completely forgotten about An Yang.
Turning his head to look, Chen Mu felt a constriction in his chest, his eyes reddened, and he stumbled.
