As the carbon-fiber supercar slowly ca to a stop in front of Mavi, a Russian bodyguard in a suit stepped out from the scissor doors. At that mont, Lamborghini CEO Stephan imdiately recognized whose car it was.

"Mr. Mavi, this sports car...?"

Even with Stephan's vast experience, he couldn't recall ever seeing such an incredibly stylish supercar. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that even compared to the Ferrari Enzo, this car wasn't far behind. In so aspects, it might even surpass it.

Mavi had no intention of showing off in front of the Lamborghini executive. After all, this supercar, which closely resembled the Lamborghini Reventón, was sothing he had gained thanks to his knowledge from his past life. The reason he had the car airlifted to Italy was to have Lamborghini's designers refine it further. Once he acquired the company, he could launch it directly into the market.

"Mr. Stephan, this sports car was designed based on the F-22 fighter jet. The body is made of carbon fiber…" Mavi briefly introduced the vehicle without going into too much detail.

Hearing this, Stephan's eyes imdiately lit up.

"An F-22 fighter jet? A body made of carbon fiber? That material is typically used in aerospace rockets, isn't it? Mr. Mavi, using it on a sports car at such a large scale—honestly, this is the first ti I've ever seen sothing like this." Stephan was fascinated as he observed the sleek gray sports car.

Carbon fiber is a high-strength, high-modulus fiber material with a carbon content of over 95%. It is both flexible and rigid, lighter than aluminum but stronger than steel. It also boasts corrosion resistance and high modulus properties, earning it the title of "king of new materials"—but it is extrely expensive.

"Yes, Mr. Stephan. However, there are still a few areas that need improvent. Why don't we head over to your headquarters now to take a look?" Mavi invited Stephan into the sports car and led the convoy toward Lamborghini's headquarters.

### Arriving at Lamborghini Headquarters

An hour later, Mavi drove the supercar into Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy, where he saw the old Lamborghini factory, yet to be renovated.

The difference between this factory and the modern version he had seen in photos from his previous life was like night and day. For a mont, Mavi found it hard to believe that Lamborghini had fallen into such a dire state in this tiline.

Noticing the complex look in Mavi's eyes, CEO Stephan, who was sitting in the passenger seat, awkwardly explained, "Mr. Mavi, uh… our Lamborghini factory has been around since 1963, so it does look a bit outdated. However, all of the equipnt inside has been well maintained and is still in perfect working condition."

Ever since Lamborghini went bankrupt, it had been repeatedly sold off, leaving no funds for renovations. And in this tiline, without Volkswagen's acquisition, the company was struggling even more.

"I understand," Mavi responded calmly. According to his knowledge from his past life, even when Volkswagen eventually acquired Lamborghini, it wasn't until 2004 that the brand truly regained its forr glory.

"Thank you for your understanding, Mr. Mavi. The building ahead is our Lamborghini Museum. Vice President Martin from Chrysler will be arriving shortly," Stephan said with a relieved sigh.

Half a minute later, the scissor doors lifted open. Both n stepped out of the supercar, and Stephan led Mavi into the Lamborghini Museum, where they viewed the brand's historical sports cars.

"Mr. Mavi, this car here is the Lamborghini 350GTV, our first-ever sports car, which debuted at the 1963 Turin Auto Show…"

"The ones next to it are the Lamborghini 400GT and the Lamborghini Islero…" Stephan enthusiastically introduced each model, treating them as treasured relics of Lamborghini's legacy.

### eting Chrysler's VP

As Stephan was halfway through his presentation, a cheerful voice suddenly rang out from behind them.

"I believe this must be Mr. Mavi from Russia? Nice to et you, nice to et you!"

Mavi turned around and saw a chubby middle-aged man in a white suit grinning at him.

"Let introduce you, Mr. Mavi. This is Martin, the Vice President of Chrysler. He is in charge of the acquisition negotiations," Stephan quickly explained.

"Hello, Vice President Martin," Mavi extended his right hand for a handshake.

"Hello, Mr. Mavi. That gray sports car at the entrance—did you drive it here?" Martin asked curiously.

Originally, he had assud that Russians were just clueless nouveau riche who didn't understand cars. But Mavi's carbon-fiber supercar had completely changed his perception.

"Yes. Is there a problem?" Mavi asked in return.

"No, no problem at all! It's an incredibly stylish car—it looks a lot like our newly developed F-22 fighter jet in the U.S.," Martin remarked, clearly recognizing the car's impressive design.

The group exchanged a few pleasantries in the museum before Martin started talking about the future of the automotive industry and Lamborghini's potential. His goal was clear: to convince Mavi to take over Lamborghini. Chrysler simply couldn't afford to keep the struggling brand afloat any longer.

"Mr. Mavi, I believe you've seen enough. How about we discuss the acquisition?" Martin suggested tentatively after about thirty minutes.

"Of course," Mavi responded imdiately—he had been waiting for this mont. Acquiring Lamborghini was his ultimate goal.

"Great, then I'll get straight to the point. Mr. Mavi, Chrysler currently values Lamborghini at $150 million. If you're willing to pay that amount, it could be yours," Martin said, testing Mavi's interest.

Chrysler was still struggling to recover from the 1998 global financial crisis and desperately needed cash. Otherwise, not just Lamborghini—the entire Chrysler Group would face serious consequences.

Rather than continuing to sustain the long-term losses from Lamborghini, it made more sense to sell the brand and use the money to support their dostic operations.

"$150 million?" Mavi repeated.

"Yes, Mr. Mavi. What do you think of this price? If it's a bit beyond your expectations, perhaps we could—"

Before Martin could finish his sentence, Mavi chuckled slightly and said in a relaxed tone, "I think that price is reasonable. Let's do $150 million."

As soon as those words left his mouth, both Martin and Stephan froze in shock, wondering if they had misheard.

"That easy…? The deal is done just like that?"

"$150 million? He didn't even try to negotiate?"
