Xinghui Pictures is the film company of the King of Cody, Stephen Chow. The reason they requested this learning exchange was probably because Mavi's "Spider-Man 2" earned more in about a day and a half at the box office than their films did in an entire run...
"Okay, Chairman Mavi!" The President of Marvel Pictures, after reporting the situation, imdiately sent soone to contact Xinghui Pictures. Following Mavi's instructions, they arranged for Xinghui to visit Russia next Wednesday to observe the filming of Marvel Pictures' new film.
The Xinghui Pictures representative, who hadn't held out much hope initially, excitedly called his boss after receiving the reply email. "President Zhou," he said, "Marvel Pictures just replied! They're inviting us to Russia next Wednesday to visit the filming of their new movie!"
The "President Zhou" the representative was referring to was, of course, the boss of Xinghui Pictures himself, Stephen Chow. Born in 1962, he was only 39 years old at the ti, with a long acting career still ahead of him.
"Really? That's wonderful," Stephen Chow said, smiling. Getting approval from a professional special effects company like Marvel Pictures was incredibly fortunate.
After all, they had previously approached the major Hollywood studios. But those companies, leveraging their industry status, either ignored Xinghui Pictures or demanded extrely harsh conditions. Their attitude was practically "we don't want to talk."
A week later, at Hong Kong International Airport, Stephen Chow and his film crew boarded a plane bound for Russia, ready to et with Marvel Pictures Chairman Mavi.
As the group boarded the Aeroflot plane and prepared to head to Moscow, they were suddenly astonished to find that they were the only passengers on the entire flight! There wasn't another soul to be seen in economy, business, or even first class.
"What's with this flight?" Stephen Chow asked his staff mber in charge, clearly puzzled.
The male staff mber looked equally confused. "I don't know, President Zhou," he said. "This flight was arranged by Marvel Pictures... Could they have chartered the whole plane?"
Just as the staff mber was making this guess, two smiling Russian flight attendants ca forward to explain. "Hello!" they said. "This flight was chartered by Mr. Mavi as a gesture of hospitality for your visit. He has also arranged transportation vehicles for you at Moscow airport later."
As soon as the flight attendant finished speaking, the Xinghui Pictures staff in front of her instantly wore expressions of slight surprise.
"He chartered the whole plane!" a male employee exclaid in amazent. "This Mr. Mavi's style is seriously impressive!"
"I've never even sat in first class!" a female employee asked the Russian flight attendant excitedly in English. "Does this an we can sit anywhere we want?"
The tickets they originally received were for economy class. Now, suddenly being told the entire plane was theirs, you can imagine how thrilled and surprised they were.
"Yes, Miss," the Russian flight attendant replied with a smiling nod. It was her first ti encountering such a 'tuhao' chartering a plane, essentially turning a regular comrcial aircraft into a private jet...
"We can sit in first and business class, so the question is, how do we decide who sits where?" The Xinghui Pictures executives were originally in business class, the regular staff in economy. And first class was reserved for their boss, Stephen Chow.
After so shuffling, Stephen Chow and the Xinghui Pictures executives took their seats in first class. The rest of the regular staff were all upgraded to business class. And the service in both cabins was absolutely top-tier. After all, this was a plane chartered personally by Mavi – Aeroflot had to show him so respect...
Hours later, the plane finally touched down at Moscow airport. Looking through the cabin window, Stephen Chow and the others were imdiately drawn to a pure black Red Flag luxury car, accompanied by several Kombat T98 armored vehicles.
"President Zhou," a staff mber knowledgeable about cars asked hesitantly, peering out the window, "That car looks like a Red Flag HQE bulletproof car, huh? And those around it are Kombat T98s. Apparently, there are only five Red Flag HQE bulletproof cars in China right now, and even wealthy foreigners can't buy them. How on earth did one show up in Russia?"
The Red Flag HQE bulletproof car is equipped with a 6.0L V12 all-aluminum engine independently developed by FAW, offering powerful and stable output. This model is positioned higher than the BMW 7 Series and rcedes-Benz S-Class, comparable to the Rolls-Royce Phantom and Maybach 62 – truly a "Head of State" level vehicle! It's 6.4 ters long, weighs 4.5 tons (about 1.8 tons heavier than a Rolls-Royce Phantom), has extrely thick armor plating, and doors like those on a Boeing 747. In case of a gas attack, the interior can be completely sealed, providing its own oxygen circulation system. Safety is absolutely guaranteed.
Stephen Chow watched the Red Flag HQE bulletproof car outside the plane window, lost in thought. It's clear from the series of films he would make in his previous life that Stephen Chow had a deep fondness for Red Flag luxury cars, often featuring them in his movies.
However, compared to the Red Flag luxury cars he usually managed to feature, the one parked at the airport was clearly on another level of prestige. It was exceptionally difficult for even wealthy individuals to buy or rent one. After all, it's the ultimate symbol of China's top-tier luxury vehicles!
"Didn't the Russian flight attendant just say that Mr. Mavi arranged transportation for us at the airport?" a male executive asked, suddenly recalling sothing. "Could that Red Flag HQE possibly be it?"
However, just then, a team of soldiers in full Russian Army uniform, fully ard with heavy weaponry, appeared around the Red Flag motorcade. The leading officer, judging by his rank, seed to be a Colonel in the Russian Army.
This scene made everyone on the plane freeze up again! What on earth was going on? Why had the Russian military shown up too? Was this really the car Mr. Mavi sent to pick them up?
As the Xinghui Pictures staff, still bewildered, disembarked the plane, they saw the Russian Army Colonel they'd just spotted. With a suddenly serious expression, he led his n forward and stopped everyone.
"Excuse , which one of you is Mr. Stephen Chow?" the Army Colonel asked everyone in sowhat broken English with a Russian accent.
Being suddenly stopped by the Russian military like that left Stephen Chow, who had always been a law-abiding citizen, and the Xinghui Pictures executives completely bewildered as to what was happening.
"That's ," Stephen Chow said, stepping forward. "May I ask what this is about?" He looked at the Russian soldiers, at the black assault rifles in their arms – they were completely different from the props used in movies. These were real, deadly weapons; all it would take was flipping off the safety and spraying bullets, and they'd all be looking at a bloodbath.
"Oh," the Colonel replied. "I'm here on behalf of Mr. Mavi to welco you all. Mr. Stephen Chow, please co with to the car."
