There were tiny specks of coffee foam splattered around, and so even landed on Lisa's legs and skirt, making a complete ss. The situation was utterly awkward.

Cough, cough! "Ten estates!? Where is this custor? Take to him now!" John didn't even bother wiping the coffee off the table. He imdiately jumped to his feet, eager to et this ultra-wealthy client.

"He's sitting in the lounge area of the main hall, Manager," Lisa said while wiping the coffee off her legs. However, the rich coffee aroma still clung to her.

"Take to him right away!"

Under the guidance of the sales staff, Manager John arrived at the seating area in the sales hall. There, he spotted a man sitting on the couch—Mavi—surrounded by several stern-looking Russian bodyguards. Their imposing presence was enough to deter anyone from approaching.

John, dressed in an oversized suit and wearing a broad smile, stepped forward and greeted, "Hello, hello! I just heard from my sales team that you're interested in purchasing ten estate villas?"

"Is there a problem?" Mavi asked indifferently, glancing up from his seat on the plush sofa.

"No! No problem at all! I'll arrange for a designer to assist you right away!" John quickly responded.

With the involvent and assistance of the sales manager, the process of purchasing the estates proceeded incredibly smoothly. Under the guidance of the designer, Mavi selected the design and interior styles for nine of the villas. The styles ranged from modern minimalist to countryside, postmodern, diterranean, and more.

He chose nine instead of ten because Langwood Estate only had nine villas left in stock—there simply weren't enough available to et his demand.

The designer spent over two hours explaining the details, talking so much that his throat was dry and almost felt like it was on fire. Fortunately, Mavi was decisive. Once he confird the style and layout, he finalized his choices—unlike so custors who kept changing their minds endlessly, making things unbearably complicated.

"Mr. Mavi, based on the models and designs you selected, the estimated total price for the nine estates is around $10 million. According to the contract terms, you'll need to pay 50% upfront as a deposit. Would you like to pay by card or wire transfer?"

With everything finalized, Lisa, the sales representative, looked at Mavi expectantly, awaiting the final confirmation.

"Card," Mavi said, signaling his butler to bring his bank card.

At that mont, Butler Ivan carefully reached into his pocket and took out a sleek black card. It was an Arican Express Centurion Card—better known as the Black Card, recognized worldwide as the pinnacle of banking status.

"Young Master, here you go."

Mavi casually took the Black Card. From his mories of his past life, he recalled that the Centurion Card was made of titanium alloy. It felt surprisingly lightweight in his hand—about half the weight of iron—yet it was incredibly durable.

The Centurion Card was first launched in 1999, just last year. It was exclusively available to individuals with a net worth of several hundred million dollars.

This card had no spending limit. Whether Mavi wanted to buy a private jet or a luxury yacht, he could do so without restrictions.

It was a status symbol for the ultra-wealthy. Private jet rentals, complintary test drives of luxury sports cars, VIP access to top-tier performances, and reservations at the finest restaurants—all were part of its exclusive privileges.

Lisa and John couldn't hide their admiration as they watched Mavi hold the legendary Black Card. With utmost respect, they quickly processed the transaction.

Once everything was complete, Mavi prepared to leave the sales center with his bodyguards.

However, at that mont, Manager John suddenly recalled sothing. He stepped forward with a wide grin and asked, "Oh, Mr. Mavi, I just rembered sothing! One of my previous clients owns a fully furnished estate and is looking to sell it urgently. Would you be interested in checking it out?"

A good salesperson never misses an opportunity.

Ordinarily, Mavi wasn't interested in buying pre-owned properties. However, an intriguing idea suddenly crossed his mind.

He stopped walking and asked, "How much?"

"$980,000! Mr. Mavi, my client's estate is already fully designed and furnished. At this price, it's an absolute steal!" John quickly pulled up photos of the property on his laptop. It was a traditional Japanese-style villa with tatami interiors.

Mavi glanced at the pictures briefly and gave a slight nod, indicating that it was passable.

"Mr. Mavi, if you're interested, I can take you for a tour. It's very close to here!" John, clearly excited, eagerly pitched the property. Since this was a resale deal, the commission was much higher than usual, making him even more enthusiastic.

"No need. I'll take it. How soon can the original owner co to sign the contract?"

In truth, Mavi had no interest in the Japanese-style villa itself. What intrigued him was the idea of buying it just to destroy it. That way, he could hire designers to rebuild it into sothing he truly liked…

This idea was absolutely wild, but it also deeply satisfied his inner urge for destruction.

Hearing Mavi's direct purchase decision, John could barely contain his excitent. He imdiately called the seller. After a brief conversation, he turned back to Mavi with a beaming smile.

"Sir, my client is nearby. He should be here within 15 minutes!"

"Good," Mavi nodded. Then, he turned to his butler and ordered, "Get a crane with a wrecking ball—one of those big ones."

The crane and wrecking ball thod was a classic demolition scene often seen in Western cartoons. The idea of smashing a house with an 800-pound steel ball was thrilling just to imagine!

Hearing his young master's instructions, Butler Ivan imdiately understood—his employer was about to go on another spending spree.

After all, to Mavi, luxury cars and mansions were nothing more than disposable playthings. If he wasn't smashing them, he was blowing them up—just for fun.

Soon, the seller of the estate, Inoue Tanji, arrived at the sales center in a sleek black Nissan President sedan. When Mavi saw him, he noted that the Japanese man wasn't particularly tall but had sharp, shrewd eyes.

The Nissan President was Nissan's top-tier luxury vehicle, often referred to as "Japan's Rolls-Royce." It was far more luxurious than Nissan's Infiniti or GT-R models, making it a favorite among business executives.

As soon as Inoue Tanji entered the hall, John enthusiastically introduced him, "Mr. Inoue Tanji, let introduce you! This is Mr. Mavi. He is willing to purchase your estate for $980,000."
