Mavi nodded and patted Jack on the shoulder.
"Good job."
Receiving praise from the chairman made Jack's nerves instantly relax. He bead and quickly responded,
"No, no! It's all thanks to you, Chairman! You turned everything around!"
"Let's head up first." Mavi blinked, unwilling to take all the credit. He had simply capitalized on his rebirth and the opportunities that ca with it.
"Understood, Chairman!" Jack replied, leading Mavi to the conference room. Accompanying them were the remaining departnt heads and senior advisors who had chosen to stay.
Though their numbers had been cut in half compared to when Mavi first arrived at Marvel, those who remained were loyal and steadfast—worthy of long-term investnt.
Once they were seated, Jack imdiately presented a report.
"Chairman Mavi, this is a stock price trend chart for Marvel over the past week. In just seven days, our stock has risen from $5.23 to $6.43—a 23% increase!"
Seated in the chairman's seat, Mavi leaned back against the luxurious leather chair. Unlike the Chinese stock market, the U.S. stock market had no limits on daily price fluctuations. A 23% surge ant that, as the owner of 75.8% of Marvel's shares, Mavi had just earned a staggering $10.58 million in profit!
