However, Long Hui stopped him.
"No need. This ferret is mine." Long Hui said.
"What? This ferret is yours?" The old man asked.
"Yes." Long Hui rubbed Shino's head and smiled.
Yao Ran was srized by the smile that was given by Long Hui. She was thinking to be with this man. However, the dream had been destroyed by Long Hui's next statent.
"Technically, it is my fiance's pet. She wants to rember her. That's why she gave this ferret to ." Long Hui stated.
"You are engaged to soone else?" The old man was also surprised to hear that.
"Yes." Long Hui nodded.
"And your grandfather approves that?" The old man asked.
"Of course. He is happy with my choice. He treated her as his own granddaughter. Sotis, he even forgets about ." Long Hui stated.
The old man did not expect that. Why? Because he was thinking of marrying his granddaughter to Long Hui. Since Grandpa Long was his friend, he knew that Grandpa Long would not reject him. But who knew that Long Hui was already engaged to soone else and Grandpa Long approved of Long Hui's choice?
The old man only could smile. "I see. It is good that you are happy."
Long Hui still rubbed gently the ferret's head. Yu Qi felt that Long Hui was very gentle to Shino today. Then, she was thinking of sothing.
'Shino, I will return the body to you.' Yu Qi said to Shino.
'Okay.' Shino got his body back.
And Yu Qi returned to her body. She could feel her face was red.
'He might realize who it is. Ahhh... it is so embarrassing.' Yu Qi hid her face with her hands.
Shino realized that he was sitting in Long Hui's arms while Long Hui was caressing his head. He was shocked and imdiately jumped away from Long Hui.
"Oh, it is running away. Is that okay for it to run away like that?" Yao Ran asked.
"Hmm... It is okay. He knew when to return to my side." Long Hui did not bother to stop Shino from running away from him. 'It seems she co here to take a look at . She is thinking that I will not notice her. How cute.'
Long Hui turned and looked at the old man. "As for your request earlier, I can bring your granddaughter to Binhai Nation. But I will not personally take care of her. She needs to take care of herself while she is there."
The grandfather and granddaughter pair were silent. Then the granddaughter spoke first.
"Oh, sure. I understand. You don't have to worry about that." Yao Ran said.
"Good. Then, you can prepare yourself. We will be going back in 2 days. As for your accommodation, I already asked soone to prepare it for you. You just need to settle it." Long Hui said.
"Tha... Thank you." Yao Ran nodded.
The old man could not say anything. He could not leave this place. He only could send his granddaughter away. It was too dangerous for him to stay here anymore.
"If nothing else, I am leaving. See you in two days." Long Hui said.
He stood up and was looking around. "Shino, we are leaving." He called for Shino.
Then, the ferret could be seen rushing toward Long Hui and jumping onto Long Hui's shoulder.
The old man and Yao Ran were surprised. They could see how smart this ferret was. It could understand the human's saying.
Long Hui walked out of the place. There was no one around. Without looking at Shino, he started to talk.
"Did your master co over earlier?" Long Hui asked.
Shino was so shocked that he almost jumped. However, he managed to hold back. He decided to play ignorance.
"What? What are you talking about?" Shino asked Long Hui back.
Long Hui did not say anything else. Even though he was not looking at Shino, he could sense his reaction. It ant he was telling the truth. His beloved Qi Qi ca over by possessing Shino's body.
Long Hui could detect the change of aura on Shino's body. It was the aura that he liked so much. He would not forget about that. It seed she was spying on him. He chuckled.
Shino heard the chuckle. He could feel that Long Hui already knew that his master could possess her contracted beasts. However, he still wondered how Long Hui managed to find out about that. As he knew that, her master never tried it in front of Long Hui. But there was no way that he could ask Long Hui about that. He could leave it for her master to crack it down.
On the other side, Yu Qi still could not stop thinking about that. Long Hui would think that she was spying on her through Shino. It was her first ti doing that and Long Hui realized that it was so embarrassing.
However, she was more curious about that old man and young woman. She had never seen them before. She wondered about what their relationship with Long Hui was.
Long Hui told her that he was leaving for an important job. But.... Yu Qi began to shake her head throwing the thinking out of her mind. She should not think like that. She should believe him like he was believing in her.
With that set of mind, Yu Qi stopped thinking about that. She tried to focus on her work in front of her right now.
