Long Hui drove Yu Qi to the Capital City. Yu Qi set an appointnt with Qin Xia at his office.
Long Hui was supposed to join the eting. However, he had sothing to do that needed his attention.
He could not push the matter. It was regarding the nation's security. Not to ntion, it was the president's order.
Yu Qi told him that she would go and et Qin Xia alone. Long Hui disliked the idea but there was nothing that he could do.
Long Hui dropped Yu Qi at the Yue Corporation Building.
"I don't know how long my eting would be." Long Hui said.
"Don't worry. I will be fine. I am thinking to go and see Grandpa Long later." Yu Qi said.
"Hmm... I will call you if my eting is done." Long Hui said.
Yu Qi entered the Yue Corporation Building. She went to the reception counter. The two receptionists smiled at Yu Qi.
"Hello, I have an appointnt with Mr Qin Xia. My na is Tang Yu Qi." Yu Qi stated.
"Wait a minute." The receptionist nodded and checked sothing. "Miss, I don't have your na on the list."
Yu Qi was stunned. She did not expect that. She thought she already set the appointnt.
Behind Yu Qi, stood a woman. Apparently, she was an employee because she was wearing a tag na lanyard.
"Another woman who wants to et our CEO." She snorted. "Our CEO would not see you. So, you can get lost."
Yu Qi did not even glance at the woman. She took out her phone and called Qin Xia.
Qin Xia was having a eting with his employees. Everyone was stunned when they heard a call. They looked at each other asking whose phone that had been ringing.
After that, they glanced at Qin Xia who casually took out his phone and answered the call. They were even shocked when they saw Qin Xia's expression. It was so gentle.
"Hello." Qin Xia answered.
"Senior Brother Xia, have you forgotten about our eting?" Yu Qi asked.
"Is it today?" Qin Xia was stunned.
It seed he did forget about that.
"Hmm... I am at your company's reception counter." Yu Qi stated.
"I will send Min Liang to bring you up." Qin Xia said.
"Okay. I will be waiting." Yu Qi said.
"Hmm..." Qin Xia nodded.
He ended the call. His expression turned normal. His employees wondered who was calling Qin Xia just now which made Qin Xia's gentle expression.
Qin Xia looked at Min Liang. Min Liang stood up and approached Qin Xia.
"Yes, Mr Qin?" Min Liang asked.
"Go and pick her up. Let her stay in my office. Tell her that I will see her in half an hour." Qin Xia said.
Min Liang was stunned. Then he understood what Qin Xia ant by that. Only one person could make Qin Xia like this.
"Yes, Mr Qin. I will go and fetch her." Min Liang nodded.
Yu Qi just ended the call. The woman was still behind Yu Qi.
"I think you give up. Our CEO did not have ti to et with soone like you." The woman said.
The two receptionists frowned. They felt that this woman was kind of rude. One of the receptionists recognized Yu Qi.
Yu Qi ignored the woman. Since Qin Xia already told her that he would send soone down, she just needed to wait. She went to the waiting area.
The woman still followed her.
"Stop waiting. You should leave." The woman said.
"You seem free. You don't have any work to do?" Yu Qi asked.
The woman beca angry when Yu Qi asked that question.
"Of course, I do. I should be the one who asks you that question." The woman said.
Yu Qi ignored the woman. She saw Min Liang co out of the lift. She stood up. She knew that Qin Xia sent Min Liang.
"Hey, you..." The woman wanted to say sothing.
"Miss Tang." Min Liang greeted Yu Qi respectfully.
The woman turned around and saw Min Liang. She was shocked to see Min Liang here.
