"Master, can you please help your disciple buy a land?" Yu Qi suddenly requested during her lesson with Grandpa Tang. Yu Qi likes to call Grandpa Tang, Master during her lesson as a form of respect.
"Huh? A land? What are you going to do with it?" Grandpa Tang felt strange with his disciple request.
"To own my property." She said with a silly smile on her face.
"I will give my land to you." Grandpa Tang stated with a couple of nods.
"No, I don't want your land. I want to buy it with my own money." She quickly cut off that idea.
"Why?"
"Because that is yours, not mine." She smirked.
"You are my granddaughter." Grandpa Tang doesn't mind giving her, his asset.
"Master, I guess you have a family too. If you give your asset to soone, your family might question it. Soone of them might not agree with it. I don't want to offend your family, Master." She explained. She already experienced it in her previous life.
Her grandfather found her and brought her back. So of the family mbers did not accept her as family. Because of her talent in business, her grandfather nad her as his heir. She thought it was normal. She worked hard and deserved it but never thought it would harm her.
Grandpa Tang in deep thinking. He understands what Yu Qi want to tell him. She might be the target. He did not any danger to Yu Qi.
"Do you know which area do you want to buy?" Grandpa Tang already gave the thought to give her his asset.
"Yes, " Yu Qi said with excitent. She already knew which area that she wants to buy.
"I want to buy three of them. One at a nearby mountain. Two, at behind the market and three beside the lake." She happily listed what she wanted.
Grandpa Tang was like [°|°]...Totally speechless. 'Why this lass want to buy so many lands?'
"Yu Qi Girl, what are you want to do with those three lands?" He managed to let the question from his mouth.
Yu Qi smiled widely. "It is a secret. I will let you know about it later."
Grandpa Tang was feeling hopeless with her disciple. This girl in front of him had been matured. He wanted her to behave more like a teenager.
Yu Qi felt very happy. There were so reasons why she chooses those three lands. The land at the nearby mountain was totally inhibited. Yeah, for now. Probably in the next three years, the price will increase because of tourism. The mountain contents flora and fauna that can attract nature lovers. It also has a waterfall.
The second land was behind the market. The market was a small one. If she gets the land now, she can be profitable with it. It was because of the next four years, the market will enlarge its size. The lastly, the land beside the lake. Well, she wished to build her house there.
