"Hear that?" Yu Qi looked down toward the sobbing woman who was still kneeling helplessly on the cold floor, her voice carrying a quiet but firm weight.

"Yes..." Sang Yuling nodded repeatedly through her thick, pooling tears while wiping her face shakily, trying to gather what little composure she had left.

"Then stand up first." Yu Qi stated firmly, offering her hand to help the woman up.

Sang Yuling obediently rose to her feet, though her knees buckled slightly and her legs were still trembling weakly from the overwhelming, exhausting emotional upheaval she had just endured.

"Heavenly Crane Pavilion does not tolerate such vile, malicious, and unorthodox practices. We will help this girl." Lou Liwei stated solemnly, his aged eyes flashing faintly with a sharp, righteous intent that commanded absolute authority.

"However, we need to remove Miss Ji from this hospital imdiately. This place is simply not safe for her current spiritual condition." Lou Weizhe suddenly brought up another serious and pressing matter, instantly breaking the brief, fragile sense of relief that had settled within the room.

"Not safe?" Yu Qi frowned slightly, her sharp mind imdiately beginning to analyse the grim implications behind his words. "What exactly do you an by that, Mr Lou? Is her physical condition destabilising?"

"The hospital environnt is naturally filled with a dense, lingering concentration of death energy, grief, despair, and bitter sorrow. Many souls refuse to peacefully enter the afterlife or cross over after physical death occurs. So beco heavily trapped in this realm by powerful obsessions, deep resentnt, unresolved regret, or raw fear. Those wandering souls would do almost anything humanly possible just to remain within the living world and avoid fading away into nothingness." Lou Weizhe explained patiently, his tone darkening.

As he spoke, his gaze slowly and significantly shifted toward Ji Gu Niang’s unconscious body lying completely quiet and defenceless on the hospital bed.

"So, if she remains here for too long, those wandering spirits may eventually discover this girl’s compromised body and attempt a hostile possession." Lou Liwei added gravely, completing his disciple’s thought.

"What?" Yu Qi’s eyes narrowed slightly in genuine surprise, her analytical dical mind clashing with this dark supernatural reality. "They can actually do sothing like that to a living person?"

"Yes." Lou Weizhe nodded seriously, his expression completely grim. "This girl has already lost half of her soul, which ans her natural spiritual defences are currently extrely weak, fractured, and nearly non-existent. If another wandering soul successfully invades her empty, undefended vessel, her remaining soul fragnt could be forcibly expelled and shattered by the intruder."

His tone beca even heavier, sending a chill through the room. "And once her remaining soul completely leaves the body, it would beco extraordinarily difficult to locate, track, and retrieve afterwards. At that tragic point, she herself would beco a wandering, stray ghost, forever severed from her physical form."

"So, you an those wandering spirits simply have not discovered her vulnerable body yet?" Yu Qi asked thoughtfully, imdiately grasping the terrifying seriousness of the situation.

"Yes, exactly." Lou Weizhe answered honestly. "That is the only reason she is still intact. And that is why I strongly believe we should move her out of this hospital as quickly as humanly possible."

"But where should we take her to ensure her absolute safety?" Yu Qi asked again, ntally calculating the logistics.

"To the main headquarters of the Heavenly Crane Pavilion in Guanying City." Lou Weizhe imdiately answered without a single shred of hesitation. "That place is heavily protected by ancient arrays, purification seals, and powerful spiritual barriers. It is far safer for her current, fragile condition."

"Mrs Ji, what is your opinion regarding this matter?" Yu Qi turned toward Sang Yuling respectfully, maintaining proper boundaries.

After all, Ji Gu Niang was Sang Yuling’s daughter, and Yu Qi did not possess either the legal or moral authority to make such a major, life-altering decision on her behalf.

"I will follow the Master’s decision completely. Wherever is safest for my daughter, I will agree to it without question." Sang Yuling answered without even the slightest hesitation, fully deciding to place her complete, absolute trust in their mystical abilities.

"Good." Lou Weizhe nodded firmly, clearly satisfied with her swift cooperation. "We will imdiately handle the special transportation arrangents necessary to keep her spirit stable and shielded during the long journey."

"I will take care of the hospital discharge paperwork and handle the administrative procedures myself." Yu Qi added calmly as her thoughts already shifted toward the bureaucratic logistics of the transfer.

Soon afterwards, Yu Qi and Sang Yuling headed down the quiet corridors toward the administrative departnt to process Ji Gu Niang’s imdiate discharge.

After hearing that the comatose patient from Room 1006 was being abruptly discharged, the administrative staff politely but firmly inford Sang Yuling that they could not process the paperwork just yet because the discharge approval still strictly required a primary attending doctor’s signature and official authorisation.

At that mont, it was naturally Yu Qi’s turn to step in and bypass the red tape. Without wasting any ti or engaging in useless argunts, Yu Qi directly approved and signed the discharge paperwork herself, using her high-level dical status and authority within the facility to clear the block.

Once everything had been successfully settled at the front desk, Yu Qi and Sang Yuling returned to the hospital room. However, upon entering the ward, they discovered that only Lou Liwei remained inside, keeping a watchful eye over the patient. Lou Liwei calmly inford them that Lou Weizhe had already gone downstairs to arrange the specialised transport vehicle personally.

Sang Yuling imdiately began packing both her own minor belongings and Ji Gu Niang’s personal things.
