However, an unexpected situation occurred. Just as everyone was leaving to get into their car, the Owens, who lived across the street, were returning ho with Emily.

They had just finished giving so additional statents at the police station and looked at the BAU officers escorting Keeson Vaughn into their car with suspicion.

"What's wrong?" Emily, unaware of what was happening, casually asked as she walked to the side of the road.

"We're about to find out," Hotchner winked at her, indicating that now wasn't the ti to discuss this.

"Have you found Lindsay? I need to talk to Keeson."

Bruce Owen tried to step forward, but Jack stopped him, "Mr. Owen, now is not the ti."

Unexpectedly, this ntally unstable father misunderstood.

"Are you arresting Keeson? Did he do it? Son of a bitch, what happened? I need to know what he did to my Katie!"

Jack pressed down slightly, his hand against Keeson's chest. "Can you calm down? We have so questions for him. No one has been arrested here."

"Don't tell to calm down. Why are you arresting him?" Bruce Owen couldn't break free from Jack and beca increasingly agitated.

"Keeson, if you were really involved, I swear I'll kill you, I will definitely kill you!"

"Fuck!" Jack dodged his flying kick and easily pulled him to the ground.

Seeing things getting increasingly chaotic, Rossi frowned at the couple and sighed.

"Take them with you. We need to keep this a secret."

Jack rolled his eyes and, along with Hannah and JJ, "invited" the Owens to the Suburban.

On the way, Rossi called Garcia and asked her to search the flight list that had entered Los Angeles in the past 72 hours to find Irish passengers who had flown in from Boston.

anwhile, they also had to check the lists of motels, hotels, and car rental companies to see if they could find any clues.

Upon arriving at the Southeast Precinct, most of the officers were still conducting search operations within the area designated by Reid, making the place sowhat deserted.

Several officers who had just returned for a break cast curious glances at the FBI agents who had brought back the families of the victims from the previous day.

After leading the Owens into the adjacent conference room, Hannah and JJ were responsible for comforting them, while the rest of the BAU staff gathered in the opposite room.

"Who did you work for?" Hotchner asked, arms crossed, looking at Keeson Vaughn sitting in his seat.

Beside him stood an evidence board with a photo of the mangled body of the murdered girl, Katie, and in the upper left corner, a photo of Keeson Vaughn's daughter, Lindsay.

"Mark Crane Company, Boston." Keeson Vaughn's gaze hadn't left the evidence board since he entered, and he sounded sowhat lost in thought.

Jack knew nothing about the na. He glanced at everyone, but no one seed to react. Emily, however, had a sudden spark of interest.

"I've heard of this Irish family. They're violent and ruthless. Whether you're a civilian or a policeman, anyone who gets in their way is dood."

"Yes, no one could catch them red-handed until we found Keeson. To be precise, he found us."

Pat Mannan had made countless phone calls along the way, and now he was far from the arrogant person he had been when threatening Hotchner. He was now putting on a show of willingness to cooperate, but no one paid any attention. Everyone's questions were directed at Keeson.

"So this is what you used to do? Clear obstacles?"

Hotchner asked sarcastically as Keeson opened his dicine bottle and swallowed two pills.

"Are these pills to help you forget the past, or to help you hide the demons in your heart?"

Keeson remained unmoved by his words, calmly stating, "Lindsay is the only reason I'm still alive."

Jack, who had been lost in thought, looked up and exchanged a glance with Rossi, who had remained silent. They exchanged a knowing look. A killer with a sense of remorse—interesting.

"So, do you see the torture Katie suffered as a warning to you?" Emily asked.

"If so, it certainly worked." Keeson's words made Pat Mannan, standing nearby, uneasy.

"Do you recognize this thod?" Reid asked, raising his hand from behind the group.

"I never give warnings; I usually just act." Keeson's answer sounded cool, but a strong sll of blood ran through it.

Pat Mannan was more concerned about his mission. "In two weeks, Mark and the Crane brothers will be on trial."

The implication was clear: if Lindsay's kidnapping was the work of the Irish mafia, then their aim was to threaten Keeson into not appearing in court.

And this behavior was indeed effective. As Keeson had just said, his daughter Lindsay was his only child, and he obviously couldn't risk losing her by testifying in court, which was exactly what Pat Mannan was worried about.

The atmosphere in the room fell into an awkward silence until it was broken by a sudden phone call.

Jack picked up his phone and saw that it was Tim calling. He was imdiately delighted and answered. After a brief conversation, he walked to the transparent map board covered with all sorts of scribbles by Reid.

"Here, the guys from the LAPD found a clue in an abandoned house."

"This location is still in the 'comfort zone'." Reid let out a low cheer.

"What do you an?" Pat Mannan didn't understand.

"It ans there are locals among the suspects, and they may not have escaped yet." Rossi replied.

Reid's map analysis was based on psychological and behavioral analysis. Once a point was verified, the probability of hitting the mark again increased greatly, which was why Reid couldn't help but cheer.

Just as Jack was leaving the conference room, Keeson suddenly called out to him.

"Agent Tavelor, I know we're the sa kind of people. If you find her, dead or alive, I want to see her."

Jack followed his gaze and saw the FK7.5 pistol under his arm, sowhat speechless. He thought to himself that he was just a little flashy, and his marksmanship was only slightly better; none of the victims of his gun were innocent. Who was on the sa side as this kind of gangster killer?

[A/n: You are more of a killer than a hero dude.]

"We're different."

Jack paused, then finally nodded. "Of course, if you cooperate with our work, I can agree to that."

Hannah and JJ, who had just received the departure order and were coming out of the conference room across the hall, heard his first sentence and exchanged a knowing smile.
