Time flew by. In the following days, Luo Qiao took the kids to visit the Luo Family and the Gu family in turn and even paid a visit to her eldest uncle’s house.
One evening, at the dinner table, Luo Qiao said to Lu Yichen, "Brother Chen, I want to go to Miyun tomorrow to see Yiting. We’ll be leaving again after the 15th."

The two of them laughed and played together, not expecting that at this moment, their little ones rushed in from outside: "Daddy, Mommy, what are you doing?"

Not until they were worn out did they go to take a bath and head to bed. Lu Yichen was all hands-on to ensure the kids fell asleep quickly, only feeling at ease after he’d lulled the three little ones to sleep and checked on his daughter’s room as well.
By the time he returned to his room, Luo Qiao had already bathed and was reading a book.
