After speaking, he handed the microphone to Luo Qiao, who said to Taifeng: “Time flies. In the blink of an eye, you’ve started your own family and career. Your Uncle Lu and I have also fulfilled our promise and successfully trained you.”
Then she looked at Mai Miao and continued to the couple: “In the days to e, I hope you can support each other, understand each other, cherish each other, live harmoniously, progress together, and have a blissful and long-lasting marriage.”
Although Taifeng saw Luo Qiao smiling, he felt something was amiss. However, on this joyous day, the thought quickly passed.
After speaking, Lu Yichen and Luo Qiao each handed them a big red envelope before stepping down hand in hand from the stage.

But this year, the two daughters were taking their college entrance exams, which made Luo Qiao quite anxious, fearing they might feel pressured.

The daughters were preparing for an international art petition these days, so the couple didn’t want to disturb them too much.
Luo Qiao was indeed quite busy lately; their lab’s research project had just pleted the first phase of the experiment and was about to enter the second phase. If all went well, clinical trials would begin in a year.
One day after work, as soon as she got home, she received a call from Mai Miao saying she might have had a miscarriage, and she was at home, having already called 120.
Luo Qiao had to put down what she was carrying, briefly explained the situation to Rong Daniang, and hurriedly drove off.
While on the road, she was informed that Mai Miao was already in the ambulance heading to the city hospital.
When Luo Qiao arrived, the person was already in the operating room. She called Guan Yuqi, explained the situation, and asked her to e over if she was free, just in case it got too busy to manage alone.
