In the main room, Captain Cui was invited by Captain Kang to sit by the stove for a while. He looked up at Kang Li and spoke of the decision his family had made.
Kang Li nodded, indicating she understood, and then Captain Cui continued, "Ever since I ntioned going to Hu City, Xiao Kui’s mind seems to have cleared a bit. Cai Xiufen said this and urged Kang Li, "Go back to your room and rest. You have to get up early tomorrow."

Kang Li first responded with a voice of affirmation.
"Are you reluctant to leave?"
Lying in the bed, Luo Yanqing hadn’t heard Kang Li speak for a while and couldn’t help asking.
"Not really."
Leaving doesn’t an never coming back, she truly didn’t have any feelings of farewell.
"Then why do I sense sothing’s off with your mood?" Luo Yanqing’s gentle voice reached Kang Li’s ears as he embraced her. Upon hearing it, Kang Li said, "I’m fine! But my mom’s not coming with us to Hu City tomorrow. She plans to go directly to North City with my brother and Yangyang."
Luo Yanqing: "Mom doesn’t want the hassle."
"You hit the nail on the head. Mom says it’s too cold, she doesn’t want to travel back and forth between Hu City and North City. Plus, she wants to arrive at the courtyard early with my brother and help tidy up the place, warm up the stove, so when we return ho, it’ll be nice and warm as soon as we walk in."
