Raji is a frost elent mage who’s ascended to rank SS with a frost elent authority; even if she doesn’t deploy her authority, the ’law’ of ’Freezing’ will still boost each and every frost elent spell she uses.
In other words, she will only have to use 10 tis less mana to cast a spell, and the power of the spell would still be 100 tis stronger than the sa spell cast by S-rankers, as it would be boosted by the ’Law’ of ’Freezing’ itself.
The highest achievent a wizard or a mage can achieve in their life is getting the control or the power to influence the ’laws’ of the ’world.’

Raji waved her arm, and all the snow and ice shattered instantly, and the flow of mana in the entire area returned to normal as if soone had broken the ’ti stop’ effect from this area.

The mont Raji threw that massive ice throne on the S-rankers, Rio had covered all the innocent people with a shield of fire elentals, not only to protect them but also to keep them warm.

As a professional battle junkie and training maniac, Rio has a tendency of noticing every opportunity to train, and he always likes to grab those opportunities.
By using that fire shield, Rio resisted Raji’s frost magic and barely managed to keep the people inside safe; otherwise, they would have all gotten frostbite.

Just like how Rio took that opportunity to train, Raji purposely used the spell in an indiscriminate manner.
Her spell’s effect was mainly focused on the S-rankers and their subordinates; what Rio and others faced were just weakened waves of frost elentals that weren’t even aid at them.
Raji tested Rio’s ntality and skills at the sa ti; by protecting the people, Rio proved that despite using miasma so much, he was still sane and not corrupted, and he also showed his ability to resist her magic, even if slightly.
’Why do these strong people all like to do these crafty moves, sigh...’
Rio shook his head and spoke.
"We need to set up the teleportation portal now... I don’t think that the Orc King will be distracted for too long-"
Just when Rio was about to finish his sentence, Raji moved her arm in the direction of the Orc kingdom’s border.

A massive shield the size of an entire city was created in the sky in a matter of re milliseconds.
Thorns of ice appeared all over it; the shield was so strong that even Rio would have found it difficult to make a scratch on it.

A loud noise rang out, and powerful shockwaves spread in every direction. Rio placed his sword in front of him and used wind elentals to protect himself and the people behind him.

Raji moved forward and waved her arm to stop the broken debris of the ice shield mid-air, then she turned the broken ice shards into massive ice swords instantly but did not fire them.
"HOW DARE YOU DECEIVE !!???!!"
A loud voice rang out in the ears of everyone present as a heavy and powerful aura suppressed everything around it by simply appearing on the scene.
The current Orc Race only has one SS-ranker; he’s said to be a wise king who’s done a lot of things for the benefit of his race.
The Orc King Gradba once even had an agreent with Ashtel Rex during the eting of gods; he even respected Ashtel Rex as an amazing warrior.
But tis have changed; the human race at that ti was powerful, it had four SS-rankers sitting in place, and the Orcs only had one.
There was no point in provoking a aningless conflict with the world’s strongest man, Ashtel.
Things are different now; only a novice SS-ranker, Raji, is left, and the other three are either missing or injured.
Now the advantage has fallen to the Orcs.
Whatever previous deals that were made in the past didn’t matter anymore, as they were less profitable for the Orc Race.
In fact, it’s more profitable to directly attack the human cities and steal their technology without paying for anything at all.
Gradba is a warrior with a straightforward personality, and for his race’s advancent, he doesn’t mind deceiving others for personal gain.
Everyone who loves their nation and race thinks the sa; they have their own profits in mind, and that is a good thing indeed.
In a dog-eat-dog world where only strength is king, there’s no point negotiating with soone who’s holding treasure and is clearly too weak to keep it.
It’s more profitable to snatch it from the person than to do negotiations.
Gradba also planned the sa; his main motive was to lay a trap and either kill Rio, who was a rising star, or heavily injure Raji before taking her hostage.
Then he would use that as a threat and get more advanced technologies from the human empire, then send his armies to make everything even more chaotic.
His main plan was to spread fear and cause massive-scale chaos, then weaken the human empire so much with multiple continuous troubles that it can never recover properly.
He would use Raji’s life as a threat and stop the world alliance from attacking him and would have slowly eroded the entire human empire in a span of several decades.
But that plan was thwarted by Rio alone.
Rio didn’t give him ti to react; the entire base was destroyed, and everyone inside was slaughtered. All the innocent people were rescued with no casualties at all.
The Orc King couldn’t even react, and the operation was over.
He only reacted when he noticed Raji’s powerful aura and mana appear near the Orc borders.
Rio had already placed many space-stabilizing artifacts in the entire region; thus, even those mana fluctuations were suppressed and caused a delay.
