Xia Gu was very smart and knew that when soone starts acting abnormal, the one who dies is either himself or his enemy.

At this mont, Xia Gu deeply regretted not killing Luo Wu imdiately after rely toying with him; he should have ordered an assassination right then!

Luo Wu, seeing the resentnt and unwillingness in his eyes, smiled and said, "What, regretting now? But it’s too late. Co, I’ll take you to watch a good show, a very exciting one."

So exciting that it could kill you on the spot.

With that, he grabbed Xia Gu, carried him like a sack, and ran towards Chun’er’s room.

It was deep in the night, dark and freezing cold. The people of Xia Residence were all huddled in their rooms, unwilling to co out. He crossed over at the exact ti, rembering the patrol timings of the Protector, and took the secluded paths, arriving at Chun’er’s quarters without anyone noticing.

Chun’er was quite favored, and Xia Gu liked tranquility, so he had given Chun’er a secluded courtyard within the Xia Residence, which generally had few visitors.

The night, too quiet, so quiet that just as he arrived at the courtyard gate, Xia Gu heard a voice that could infuriate him to death.

"Chun’er’s skills have improved recently, did the Old Master teach you?" Xia Lin worked energetically, praising Chun’er: "Truly comfortable, the Old Master really knows how to enjoy."

Chun’er moaned softly, saying, "It is indeed the Old Master who taught ... despite his claims of being a Madman, he loves these activities... but Old Master can’t compare to Brother Xia Lin."

Xia Lin laughed, "Of course, the Old Master is over fifty years old, he simply can’t compare with a vigorous young man in his twenties like ."

Chun’er giggled, laughing so hard that Xia Lin couldn’t stand it, and exerted even more effort.

Xia Gu wished he could faint on the spot, but how could Luo Wu let him pass out? He quickly stuffed a pill into Xia Gu’s mouth and imdiately covered his mouth.

This was a pill jointly formulated by Elder Doctor Wu and Xiao Yu, called Strong Heart-saving Pills, designed to keep him from being infuriated to death imdiately.

Luo Wu had been learning martial arts since he was young, with years of guidance from Elder Qin, and was very skilled. Today, with the snow on the ground, he walked almost without making any noise.

When they reached the door of the room, the intense scene was still ongoing.

With a bang, Luo Wu kicked open the door, set Xia Gu down, and made him stand in the room, pointing at the still unaware Xia Lin and Chun’er, saying, "See? Isn’t this show exciting?"

"Your favorite maid and the most trusted head of the Protector team are having an affair behind your back, doesn’t it thrill you to the point of not wanting to live?"

Luo Wu taunted Xia Gu, "Unfortunately, you can’t die yet, the main play has just begun, this is just the opening, there’s more for you to endure."

"Ah!" Chun’er covered her mouth and scread, interrupting Luo Wu, hurriedly grabbing the blanket from the bed to cover herself, "Turn off the lamp, quick!"

Although there were only two lamps lit and they weren’t very bright, at this mont, she wished everyone was blind.

Unfortunately, Xia Lin had no ti to turn off the lamps, imdiately drawing his sword to attack Luo Wu: "Scoundrel!"

With a clang, Luo Wu’s sword t Xia Lin’s, followed by a sweeping kick that knocked Xia Lin down with a bang, quickly turning and using the killing move taught by Qin San Lang, a thrust from behind piercing Xia Lin’s shoulder with a dagger, then pulling it out and resting it against the back of Xia Lin’s neck: "Don’t move, otherwise you will die."

Seeing Xia Lin restrained, Chun’er quickly said, "Luo Wu, Luo Wu, don’t ss around, you are a constable Squad Leader, this is a scholar’s mansion, if you commit a cri, you will lose your position and your family will be in danger."

Luo Wu laughed, "I dared to co here today; do you think I’d be afraid of what you just said?"

Previously, he was too rigid and honest in his actions, almost harming Sister Xiu and himself. Now, he would no longer be lenient with the people who hard him because of various reasons.

Luo Wu took out a piece of cloth, first gagging Xia Lin’s mouth, and then he took out a rope he carried with him and swiftly tied Xia Lin up securely.

After tying up Xia Lin, he approached the bed, bundling up Chun’er with the quilt, and then also stuffed her mouth.

Having done all this, he turned around to chase out of the courtyard, stepping on Xia Gu’s back as he was crawling towards the courtyard gate: "Do you think you could escape?"

Already nearly poisoned to death, speaking with great difficulty, where could he run off to?

He grabbed Xia Gu in one motion, carried him back into the house like carrying a chicken, and tied Xia Gu to a chair, grasping the back of Xia Gu’s collar with one hand and holding a knife against Chun’er with the other: "Tell how you had an affair with Xia Lin, when it started, and how many maids Xia Gu was cuckolded by; tell everything."

He added, "Tell in detail, otherwise Master Xia would find it less intriguing."

Chun’er trembled all over, Luo Wu had gone mad, how could such things be described in detail?

She cursed at Xia Gu, blaming the old scoundrel Xia Gu for driving an honest young man mad. If it weren’t for Xia Gu’s sches and bullying Luo Wu endlessly, there wouldn’t be the current situation, a taste of his own dicine!

But this had nothing to do with her, she was innocent; she sobbed...

Chun’er looked at Luo Wu with teary eyes, pleading for him to spare her.

Luo Wu sneered, "You think you are innocent? On Dongzhi, you were there serving at the side, and you knew when the Xia couple poisoned , do you still think you are innocent?"

Chun’er shivered upon hearing this; she indeed knew about Xia Gu and his wife planning to poison Luo Wu. The poison was not directly placed on the venison; instead, it was on the plate that contained the at.

There was a thin layer of dipping sauce on those plates, and the sauce on Luo Wu’s plate was poisoned.

All those serving that day were well aware, knowing once Luo Wu ate the venison, his life would be over. Yet, not a single person spoke out, nor did anyone pity him. They just watched the drama unfold with excitent, even feeling disappointed when he didn’t eat the venison right away.

Chun’er cried woefully, her crying was pitiable, but Luo Wu had no ti to listen to her cries; in a swoosh, he cut one of her ears, frightening Chun’er so much that her eyes nearly rolled back. Seeing she hadn’t died, she quickly nodded, indicating her willingness to comply.

"Don’t scream, if you dare to, you’ll be the first to die," Luo Wu seed to have understood that Chun’er only cared about herself and didn’t care about Xia Lin at all. She would only compromise when her life was threatened.

Chun’er hurriedly nodded.

Seeing this, Luo Wu removed the cloth gagging her mouth, and Chun’er began to cry as she talked about the details of her affair with Xia Lin.

Xia Gu heard this and was gasping for breath, his eyes nearly bulging out, wishing he could tear Chun’er, this vile woman, to pieces on the spot. She dared to seduce Xia Lin the second day she entered the mansion, using the excuse of being forced into the mansion and crying in sorrow.

Actually, Chun’er had not initially intended anything with Xia Lin; it was truly out of resentnt for being made a maid by Xia Gu that she deliberately seduced Xia Lin.

"I was originally eligible to marry Scholar An as his official wife, but you, an old man, took fancy in my beauty and took for yourself. You are a Madman, and the Shangguan family didn’t dare to offend you, so they had no choice but to give to you. But do you think I was willing to be with you? The Gu Family Big Brother was right; you Madn are just a group of sick people, selfish and self-serving, especially you, Xia Gu, the most selfish of all!"
