The light turned brighter and brighter until the whole room was blinded. Only after a few seconds did it finally subside, revealing the new Jaku who had just evolved into a Dragonborn!
His head looked more rugged, with his head having sharp draconic frills that flowed to the back of his head. His previous small and recessed mouth had now elongated, turning into a snout that seed to hide sharp, canine teeth.
To top it all off, he gained two horns that curved sideways and a tail like that of a stegosaurus, completing the look that Michael was so familiar with back in his previous life.
Jaku now looked like a mix between a dragon and a human, hence dragonborn!
He still had hands and feet that physiologically looked human, but he was now covered with hard, sharp scales that were colored black and dark blue, with a couple of bright blue streaks that looked similar to lightning.
Jaku looked at his own hands and couldn't believe the power hidden inside himself. He felt like he was looking at a completely different person, soone who was brimming with might and strength.
"Brother? Is that you?!"
"You look—you look like a Dragon!"
"How is this possible?!"
Even Jaku himself didn't know. When Michael raised his hand, he suddenly felt a strange power being absorbed into his body and before he knew it, he had suddenly transford into this dragon-like being with tail and horns.
This phenonon was none other than evolution.
But that didn't make sense. Everyone knew that evolution was sothing that only happened by chance, with no one ever knowing the requirents for each transformation.
So people hypothesized that evolution would only occur through rigorous training and hard work. He had heard of a very select few who succeeded in evolving that way, but even then, it was not consistent and could only be attributed entirely by chance.
Jaku had seen Red Mankeys in the Queens region who do nothing but train their bodies all day every day, but even then, they were unsuccessful in attaining evolution.
He had even heard so cases of demi-humans overseas who evolved without any training at all!
With such an arbitrary array of examples, most people thought that a complete transformation could only be achieved through pure luck.
But when they arrived in the Kings region, they saw that the Rebornians had all evolved into an entirely different species.
They thought that the Rebornians and their leader had finally cracked the secret thod to achieve evolution consistently.
They thought that they followed so kind of harsh training regin to achieve evolution. So, they ca into the Nation of Reborn with the intent and determination to tough through whatever the Rebornians put them through so that they could also achieve evolution.
That was why they were so surprised when Jaku evolved through just thorough contact with Michael, without even breaking a single sweat.
"Sir Michael… How did I evolve?" Jaku asked.
In response, Michael just shrugged his shoulders and explained his Supre Skill.
They stared in wonder and amazent at Michael, to which Lolo just chuckled to himself. He must have seen this kind of reaction ten thousand tis, but even still, he always liked seeing people realize how amazing their Boss was.
"Okay, who's next?"

As expected, the seven remaining Komodos chose to beco a Dragonborn Komodo just like their elder brother.
But what truly surprised him was their respective talents.
Sheina, the second oldest of the siblings, had a head and body that was a little bit slimr and more refined than Jaku. This was due to the fact that she was of the female species, but even still, her appearance looked most like a dragon with a human-like body.

Michael thought that he had already hit the jackpot with two talented individuals awakened, but it seed that his streak of good luck wasn't over yet.
Umisu, the fourth oldest of the siblings, also had an amazing fighting talent just like her older brother and sister.

What the hell are these siblings made out of? How are they all so talented? Michael thought to himself.
Of course, he wasn't going to complain since they would all be his allies in the end. However, it was quite unusual to have four out of eight siblings have S-class or greater talents in wielding weapons.
One was good at the sword, one at the bow, another at the spear, and the last one used gauntlets.
This was perhaps the first ti he had gotten so many fighting talents like this.
As for the other four Dragonborns, they all had a variety of B to A-class talents, which was still quite good compared to the other demi-humans he awakened.
This made Michael wonder if their new Dragonborn bloodline had sothing to do with it. After all, having this many S-class talented individuals was definitely not normal. Among the ten thousand demi-humans he awakened, only they had such high-class potential.
