Selena, without hesitation, sat down.
A servant on the side poured her so tea.
"You have Miles Goodman’s Heavenly Master’s Mark on you."
"What is your relationship with him?"
Lark Mayfield’s tone was calm, yet carried authority.
Selena paused, a look of confusion in her eyes.
She indeed knew Miles Goodman, but the Heavenly Master’s Mark? What was that?
Facing Lark Mayfield’s increasingly sharp gaze, Selena spoke up, "I do know Dr. Goodman, but I have no idea what Heavenly Master’s Mark you are referring to."
Lark Mayfield suddenly let out a cold laugh, "Stubborn?!"
With a flick of her sleeve, a fierce gust of wind swept toward Selena.
Selena barely dodged it.
Looking at her slightly tousled hair.
Her inner malice and irritability were instantly triggered.
She held it back.
Raising her head, she realized Lark Mayfield was already in front of her.
