Iris Sinclair sneered, "Isn’t this Miss Blanchett? What, weren’t you previously boasting about your noble status and looking down on those of lower status?"
"But now I see you’re having quite an enjoyable ti shopping with Miss Sutton here."
"Has the Blanchett Family’s confinent changed your ways? That’s truly worth celebrating."
Iris Sinclair’s words were utterly clear, each directed straight at Catherine Blanchett.
Her words were truly piercing.
Vivian Sutton and Selena Kensington exchanged a glance, sighing internally.
Iris Sinclair’s fighting spirit was truly impressive.
Catherine Blanchett, stung in her sore spot, felt humiliated as Iris Sinclair ntioned her confinent in front of everyone.
The undisguised shock and mockery from the nearby salespeople made her fu.
Beside her, Roxanne Sutton also had a displeased expression. Iris Sinclair was using her as a ans to belittle Catherine Blanchett.
But Roxanne Sutton knew that, given Iris Sinclair’s status, it wasn’t her place to comnt.
"Thank you for your concern, Miss Sinclair. It’s because we hit it off that Miss Sutton and I beca friends."
Catherine Blanchett replied.
The implication was that Iris Sinclair was ddling in her affairs, wasn’t she?
Iris Sinclair wasn’t angry and instead calmly remarked, "Saying it like that makes seem wrong. I’m just curious that you’d one day lower your head, Catherine Blanchett. Truly... eye-opening."
A flicker of anger flashed in Catherine Blanchett’s eyes, but she was no longer the Blanchett Family’s prized protégé, so all she could do now was keep low-key.
She thought it over and decided it was best to leave here first.
"You’re joking, Miss Sinclair. You’re welco to shop, we have matters to attend to and must leave first."
After she finished speaking, without caring about the others, she walked out of the store.
And naturally, Roxanne Sutton followed closely behind.
After the two left, Vivian Sutton finally spoke, "Wow, you’re fierce, little Iris. Your fighting spirit is off the charts!"
Iris Sinclair proudly lifted her chin slightly, "Hmph!"
After speaking, she turned to Selena Kensington and said, "Sister-in-law, don’t be too passive!"
"I think those two bumping together won’t lead to anything good!"
"Moreover, they both have grudges with you. I’m afraid they’re plotting sothing against you! You must be careful!"
Iris Sinclair was genuinely worried about her cousin’s happiness.
Selena Kensington was amused and exasperated, seeing Iris Sinclair’s earnest expression, she finally replied seriously, "Hmm! I’ll be careful!"
Iris Sinclair chuckled with anger, "Alright sister-in-law, don’t get serious with ."
After Clent Luther arrived, the group headed upstairs.
They shopped until past six in the evening, when Selena Kensington felt utterly exhausted, and they finally took a break.
Sitting on the bench outside the mall’s first floor, Selena Kensington lazily leaned against the bench.
Directly across from her, several kiloters away, The Imperial Building stood out prominently.
The sunset’s glow cascaded across the sky.
The sunlight illuminated the Empire Building, making it appear sowhat lonely beneath the do as it soared into the clouds.
Selena Kensington picked up her phone to check if Sterling Norwood had sent her any ssages.
She chuckled softly, wondering what was up.
After all, she hadn’t told Sterling Norwood about her birthday; she’s already received so much, she couldn’t desire everything.
Yet she couldn’t help but...
Perhaps being imrsed in sweetness for too long, she finally realized she heavily relies on Sterling Norwood.
He can’t be without her, and neither can she.
Selena Kensington shook her head slightly and turned to speak with Vivian Sutton and Iris Sinclair.
Only to find them looking at her inexplicably.
Even Clent Luther was smiling with an inexplicable expression.
