Selena was stunned for a mont and then started to laugh softly.
Laughter welled up from her chest, making her body tremble as she tried hard not to burst out in laughter.
Eventually, she couldn’t hold back anymore.
To avoid disturbing those resting in the carriage, she buried her head in Sterling’s arms and laughed muffledly.
"Hahahaha... Little kid..."
Sterling felt sowhat helpless, ignoring the bright, curious gaze of the boy across from them and gently patted Selena’s back.
When Selena had laughed enough, she lifted her head from Sterling’s embrace.
She laughed so much that tears collected at the corners of her eyes.

Selena nodded. After all, it was at least two more hours until they reached Serena.
