She never knew that Tiana Cheney had such thoughts deep down.
At the beginning, when Tiana Cheney ca to ask her about so acting details, Sloane Hawthorne would tell her whatever she could.
But later, because she had to follow the crew to film "Butterfly Fla," Sloane Hawthorne spent less ti at school.
So whenever Tiana Cheney asked her what she was busy with, Sloane would just smile and say she was busy with filming.

And afterward, after the wrap-up of "Butterfly Fla," she got busy with final exams and things with Silas Sinclair, and just didn’t pay much attention to Tiana anymore.

Tiana flinched, suddenly not daring to speak any further.
Yet she felt even more jealous of Sloane—why was even this man taking Sloane’s side!
Sloane didn’t speak for a mont, while Silas softly patted her back, seemingly comforting her.
Selena Kensington looked at Tiana, "So, it’s all born out of your jealousy?"
Hearing Tiana’s recent words, Selena sighed softly.
Jealousy can easily destroy a friendship.
In the beginning, Tiana ca here as a pure, naive girl unversed in the world.
But just a single sester of life in a big city had changed her into this.
Now all that’s left of Tiana is an ugly facade.
Tiana didn’t bother to hide it anymore and simply nodded.
"Yes, I’m jealous of her!"
"She’s also from the slums, so why is she so lucky to catch your eye, so why can she beco the dean of the acting departnt’s disciple, so why can she have everything I’ve always dread of?!"
"Now, even such an outstanding, noble man has beco your backing!"
Tiana looked at Sloane with jealous resentnt.
The mont she walked in, Tiana had already noticed Silas Sinclair.
How could she not recognize Silas Sinclair, and seeing him by Sloane’s side, their relationship seeming quite intimate made Tiana’s heart grow cold.
But what followed was a sense of reluctance and jealousy toward Sloane.
Seeing the unabashed hostility and jealousy in Tiana’s eyes, Sloane slightly pressed her lips together.
She didn’t say anything.
Because no matter how she explained, it would sound hollow.
At this mont, Tiana wouldn’t believe her anyway.
Tessa Sinclair suddenly let out a cold laugh.
"You only see Sloane’s glory, why don’t you think about the hardships behind it?!"

"Did you see how much effort she put into this role?!"
"She has more talent than you; that’s destiny, but she also worked much harder than you. What right do you have to envy her?"
"To put it bluntly, you’re not even worthy to carry her shoes!"
Tessa Sinclair didn’t give Tiana any face at all.
Tessa’s fa in the entertainnt circle largely cos from her protectiveness and kindness towards artists.
Any artist she’s managed, even if only for a short ti, would praise her.
Tiana’s blatant slander of Sloane had long tested Tessa’s patience.
Each sharp word resounded in Tiana’s ears.
She was sowhat stupefied.
When she finally reacted, she instinctively retorted, "If she has talent, she just needs a bit of effort to know those things!"
"But I tried ten tis, even a hundred tis harder than her! And yet, even then, I couldn’t compare to Sloane!"
Selena suddenly spoke, "You’re talking about the last grading exam, right."
"Indeed you have acting skills, but the topic you drew didn’t only require acting."
"For the role of Faith Fuller, emotional imrsion is more important than acting."
"An actor who doesn’t have enough understanding for the role they are portraying is a failure."
"That’s why you lost."
Tiana’s eyes reflected disbelief and defeat.
She slumped dispiritedly onto the sofa, as if she had given up on fighting back.
"Alright, now that your matters are settled, let’s talk about ours."
Selena suddenly stood up.
She walked over to Tiana, "Who is behind the scenes instructing you to do these things?"
A flicker of panic flashed in Tiana’s eyes, but she tried to maintain composure on her face.
"What are you talking about, I don’t understand."
Selena suddenly let out a cold laugh.
This cold laugh sent a shiver through Tiana’s heart.
"Do you think you’ve ended up in our hands and can still be fine?"
Selena said, scanning the room once before continuing with Tiana, "Anyone in this room is enough to punish you."
"If you don’t obediently tell us what you know, we can’t guarantee you can stay here comfortably."
Selena’s tone was gentle, with a hint of amusent.
If one overlooked the threat in her tone and gaze.
"You... you all!"
"This is Aethelgard!"
Tiana was sowhat panicked.
"Oh? Don’t worry, we’re in a society governed by law now, though adding charges of stalking, following, and defamation together might be enough to take a trip."
Selena continued without urgency.
Perhaps it was her calm, soft-spoken words, like a death sentence before the guillotine, that frightened Tiana into a pale face.
After all, she’s only been in Aethelgard for just over a sester and hasn’t fully grasped all the intricacies.
Selena’s words intimidated her.
"I’ll... I’ll say, just don’t send in..."
Tiana knew that if one ended up at the security bureau, their life record would forever carry that stain.
Tiana still hopes to enter the entertainnt industry and shine, so how could she let that stain ruin her?
