Yvonne Norwood’s eyes shifted slightly, flashing with an inexplicable light.
But she didn’t turn around.
The red-haired woman’s eyes flashed with a hint of mockery.

Before the red-haired woman could finish speaking, Yvonne let out a low roar.
Her tone was husky and sharp.
After speaking, Yvonne slowly turned around.

She watched Yvonne as if she’d gone mad, clawing at her own hair and hitting her head.

Seeing Yvonne in this state, the red-haired woman knew that another personality had been triggered.

Selena Kensington looked at Silvester Norwood in disbelief.
Initially, she had just intended to find so distracting books in the study, but instead, heard such news.
A sanatorium in the outskirts of Aethelgard was attacked, with no survivors from either Norwood’s Hidden Guard or the sanatorium.
And Yvonne, who was being closely watched by the Hidden Guard, had gone missing.

Silvester’s expression was heavy; he imdiately pulled out the photos taken at the scene.
"These are what we saw when we arrived at the scene, noticing sothing was off..."
Selena quickly walked over and stood beside Sterling, looking at those photos.
The Hidden Guards died gruesoly, almost as if sothing had pierced through them.
So people died with wide open eyes, seemingly unable to rest in peace.
Selena looked at the photos, slightly furrowing her brow.

She turned her head and coughed dryly.

Sterling handed her a glass of plain water, gently patting her back.

He said softly.
Selena shook her head slightly.
She took the water Sterling handed over and drank it.
After drinking, Selena felt much better.
"I’m fine, carry on."
Sterling, still worried, pulled Selena onto his lap, lightly caressing her lower abdon.
Feeling the warmth in her abdon, Selena felt much better.
She directly leaned onto Sterling.
Silvester continued showing the photos taken from the sanatorium.
Though he no longer showed the bloody ones.
"These wounds... don’t look like sothing ordinary people could cause."
Selena slightly furrowed her brow.
If not ordinary people, then what kind of weapon could penetrate through human bodies?
But if it were a weapon, how did the attackers bring it into the sanatorium?
Selena knew well how strict The Empire was about controlling firearms.
"It was the impostors."
Sterling spoke.
Selena’s eyes widened slightly, incredulous.

Silvester nodded slightly beside them.
"Most of the sanatorium’s surveillance has been destroyed, only this one captured a small segnt..."
Silvester said, then brought up that segnt of surveillance footage.
The small segnt startlingly captured Cole Vaughn previously facing the cara with a taunting and contemptuous smile.

Selena was shocked upon seeing the person in the video.

Selena suddenly rembered Cole’s deanor and behavior that were uncharacteristic of his age.
