Pressing his lips together slightly, Gawain cast aside all other emotions and drew the holy sword from his waist, pointing it at the young man.
But Aozaki Rin, standing before him, did not imdiately raise his guard. He fell silent for a mont before murmuring to himself, a hint of pain and disappointnt in his voice.
"I had thought that even with the differences between worlds, the mbers of the Round Table wouldn't be too different. After all, Bedivere is just as I knew him..."

Hearing a familiar na from Aozaki Rin's lips, Gawain froze for a second, not understanding what the other ant. The young man's next words only confused him further.

His unfocused golden eyes "stared" at the blonde knight. Aozaki Rin held nothing back. The golden spear cut a brilliant arc through the air, crashing against Gawain's holy sword just as he managed to react.

The sound of clashing weapons rang out simultaneously with the sound of the city gate being struck. The mont he blocked the boy's spear, Gawain felt a colossal force transmit through his sword. Agravain commanded. In truth, his words were an open gambit. He had already judged that the boy would not ignore the fate of the "disqualified," so he would surely be distracted dealing with the Purge Knights, thus revealing a greater opening for Gawain. He never would have imagined that his forr comrades would have fallen to this state. To think he had been sharing his anticipation with the boy on the way here, only to be t with this scene.

The spear tip struck Gawain's shoulder and the attacking Agravain's chest in almost the sa instant, sending both n flying back into the city wall!

Watching the young man single-handedly hold back all the Purge Knights, Bedivere understood that the most important thing now was to get the wanderers far away from the Holy City. He didn't hesitate for long, clenching his jaw and beginning to command the crowd's retreat.
But just then, a voice ca from the direction of the city wall.
"Trying to run? Cough, the Holy Punishnt is still in effect. The only fate for dissenters is death. Also, while I don't know why you're here, Bedivere... what do you hope to accomplish by coming here now?"
Apparently suffering from internal injuries, Agravain coughed up so blood and wiped his mouth. The chest plate of his armor was deeply dented, clearly from the boy's earlier thrust. Not far from him, Gawain shook his head and stood up, a clear spear wound on his left shoulder, as he raised his holy sword with a grave expression.
The two Knights of the Round Table stood together. Agravain stared at the young man who had dealt with all the Purge Knights in less than a dozen seconds and demanded.
"Who in the world are you? No ordinary Servant could possess such skill and power!"
Aozaki Rin did not answer imdiately. He first sensed that Bedivere had led the crowd to a safe distance before assuming a thrusting stance and replying.
"I am rely a naless knight who cannot bear to see the honor of the Round Table be stained."
