Ate an egg leftover from last night’s cooking, drank so hot water, and felt a bit better. After resting for a while, Lin Wan gathered the clothes from the past two days into a basin and took so laundry paste to wash them beside the outdoor sink.
Around eleven o’clock, Lin Wan processed yesterday’s chicken, mixed the dough, and rolled out noodle sheets.
She was preparing to learn how to make chicken noodles.
But as she slled the fishy odor of the chicken, Lin Wan couldn’t help but vomit.
"What’s going on?" Han Yi returned at this point and saw Lin Wan like this. He quickly went into the house to pour her a cup of water. "I’ll take you to the infirmary later."
Lin Wan took a sip of water and felt much better. "No need, maybe I’ve eaten too much at, and just the sll of it makes want to vomit."
Han Yi looked at the things Lin Wan prepared in the kitchen and understood what she was trying to do. He held her and led her to the bedroom. "You rest for a while, I’ll take care of the rest."
"No need, I feel much better now, I’m not sick. You’ve been working hard all morning, take a rest."
"Don’t be stubborn, be good. I learned how to make chicken noodles from Aunt Jin."
And truth be told, the taste Han Yi made was exactly like Aunt Jin’s.
Especially delicious.

After Han Yi left, Lin Wan indeed did not intend to go out. Instead, she welcod Sister-in-law Zhang and the sister-in-law from Captain Shen’s family.
Lin Wan gratefully got out of bed to entertain the two, cutting the fruit Mom brought her into small pieces and poking a few toothpicks into them.
Sister-in-law Zhang also brought so red bean crystal pudding cakes for her.
Lin Wan, craving badly, hadn’t had them for a long ti, ate several at once.
"Like a little kid, if you like them, there’s more at ho. I just made them as snacks for Pidan when I was bored."
