Chapter One.

Xu Shuxian anxiously said, "Third sister-in-law, I know I was wrong, but I didn’t want it to be like this. It took a lot of effort to persuade him. You have to help , I beg you..."
"Why did you two quarrel?" Chuxia asked.
"I wanted to help him, but he wouldn’t let ." Xu Shuxian bit her lip, "I called him ungrateful, he said I was treating him like a pitiful creature, but he doesn’t need anyone’s sympathy.
Basically, the fight was about this, then he said being together was too exhausting, and it would be better if we just broke up and found soone truly suitable.

Then he called us both fools, saying that we obviously liked each other yet chose to tornt each other. He said during our breakup, Song Chao would get himself drunk every day.

"..." Chuxia looked speechlessly at Xu Shuxian, not really knowing what to say. She couldn’t wrap her head around the notion of thanking soone for letting you help them.
"Third sister-in-law, I am serious, you have to help . Third Brother listens to you the most, can you talk to him for ? As long as he agrees, my parents certainly won’t object." Xu Shuxian pouted and shook Chuxia’s arm, "Third sister-in-law, please, I really like Song Chao a lot. If I lose him, I feel life wouldn’t have any aning."
After so thought, Chuxia regarded her seriously: "For now, I can’t get in touch with Zhou Mikang, but I promise you that when he calls, I’ll ntion this to him. As for his attitude, I can’t guarantee anything."

Xu Yan quickly bowed his head to eat, and Zhou Yueping frowned at her daughter, "Xiaoxian, Xiaoyan is your brother, can’t you be a little kinder to him?"
"No, no, no..." Xu Yan waved his hands repeatedly, "Please don’t. Ever since we were kids, whenever she’s kind to , I end up in trouble. Better not be kind."

"Mom, stop worrying so much. I guarantee you, no matter who I marry, their family will like ." Xu Shuxian said as she stood up, "Mom, third sister-in-law, take your ti eating, I’m going over to Jiang Qibo’s place to get a book, I’ll be back in a bit."
Under normal circumstances, Zhou Yueping would definitely complain that her daughter was being unreasonable, but now, she desperately wanted her daughter to leave quickly, so she waved her hand: "Go on, go, just co back early."

"Aunt, don’t say that. It really makes happy that you trust ..." Hesitating for a mont, Chuxia continued, "When I first heard about this, I also felt Shuxian was overstepping.
But after thinking about it, I felt she wasn’t wrong. Her brother’s mistakes have already caused the innocent brother to bear so much, and that’s really unfair to him."
Zhou Yueping sighed: "That’s the truth, but just seeing the younger brother reminds us of what the older brother did. How could we feel comfortable about that?"

"I heard what Mom and third sister-in-law were talking about..." biting his lip, Xu Yan said, "Actually, I know Song Chao and think he’s really good. He’s been through a lot of hardship, but he’s never lost heart; he works incredibly hard.
After his older brother had an accident, many looked down on him and bullied him, but he remained exceptionally diligent. Everything he has today, he earned through his own efforts.
Soone like him has really good qualities. Sis will definitely be happy with him. If you stop them, Sis’s life might be ruined."
"What do you know?!" Zhou Yueping glared at her son, "Go back to your room and do your howork. Don’t ddle in adults’ affairs."
"Mom, I’m not a kid anymore. I understand all of this, and..." Xu Yan looked at Zhou Yueping stubbornly, "And I know Song Chao better than you do, he’s really suitable for Sister.

The usually taciturn son spoke at length, making Zhou Yueping feel both amused and exasperated. Yet, there was also a touch of satisfaction mixed in. If it weren’t for the deep sibling bond, how could the introverted son have said so much in one go? It seed that from birth until now, this was the first ti her son had spoken so much to her at once.
