Jingyi said as she got up and took Zhao Yulan’s arm, "I’ll go pick vegetables with you, and let my sister stay here and chat with Chuxia."
From what she said, it sounded like Jingzi had sothing to talk to her daughter about, so Zhao Yulan agreed readily.
Aunt Qin had gone to the market to buy at, Old Master Zhao and Old Lady Zhao had gone over to Elder Wan’s. In the blink of an eye, only Chuxia and Jingzi were left in the living room.
"Third sister-in-law, if you’ve got sothing to say, go ahead." Chuxia said.
"Has your Third Brother been over recently?"

Chuxia shook her head. "Have you not seen Third Brother lately, third sister-in-law? Did sothing happen between you two?"
"I don’t know either..."
Frowning, Jingzi said apologetically, "You’re this far along in your pregnancy, and I’m still coming to bother you. I really do feel bad, but among the Lin Family I’m the most familiar with you. At first I thought maybe he was just in a bad mood and I just happened to hit a nerve, so he was quick to lose his temper. But after two whole months of him staying in that state, I felt sothing was off.
You know we’ve already agreed to get married in October. Not long ago he was still always looking forward to the days after we get married and live together. Now, he doesn’t even bring it up.
At the beginning, I kept telling myself not to be oversensitive, not to overthink it. But after this long, I can’t help thinking more. Whatever the problem is, whether he still wants to marry or not, as long as he tells the truth, I’ll accept it.
Chuxia, I’ve been holding this in my heart for a long ti. Before, because I was worried you’re pregnant, I felt embarrassed to trouble you. Without even thinking, Jingzi rejected Chuxia’s suggestion. "I’ve already asked him out to talk before, but he keeps saying there’s nothing wrong, and afterwards he still keeps doing things his own way.
