"Don’t move." Chuxia held down Qidian’s wandering hand that was playing on her body, her voice full of feigned annoyance, "Let’s have a proper talk, stop touching ."
"Touching doesn’t stop us from talking..." Qidian deliberately blew in her ear, causing her to shrink her neck, before chuckling, "Wifey, do you miss or not?"
"No." Chuxia bit down on his arm, "If you keep moving I’ll get angry."
Qidian didn’t say anything else. He flipped over and pressed down on his precious wife, showering her with kisses like raindrops on her lips and face, while his hand wandered freely over her body...

Hesitating, Chuxia stuttered, "No... not really." She didn’t want to hurt the pride of her Battalion Commander Tongzi. Although she lacked experience in marital relations, she felt that honesty was better than saying nothing at all.
"Then why are you lying there so stiff?" Qidian slapped her back gently, "You’re so tense you could forge iron, yet you say you don’t reject ."

Her body tensed up again; however, after a considerable ti passed and he only kept his hand over her chest without any further action, she gradually relaxed.
Though her body relaxed, her mind wouldn’t, and despite counting sheep for a long while, sleep eluded her. She sighed in frustration.
"If you can’t sleep, let’s talk." Qidian suggested.
"Aren’t you tired?" Chuxia turned around and surveyed him through the dim light of the room’s small lamp. Isn’t it said that n tend to feel especially sleepy after doing that?
"Not tired." Qidian simply propped up the pillow and shifted up, pulling Chuxia into his arms, "These past few days when I was alone, I kept thinking about you. Did you think about ?"
Since he left, her life had been non-stop, and she hadn’t truly missed him. Not wanting to lie but afraid of upsetting him, she hesitated, unsure of what to say.
"Heartless." He muttered, poking her nose, "Rember, when I’m not around, you must think about every day, deliberately."
Chuxia didn’t want to linger on this topic, so she said, "Oh right, my dad isn’t my grandparents’ biological son, did you get the letter I wrote you?"
"I haven’t received the letter yet, but dad did call ..." Qidian kissed her forehead and chuckled lightly, "Seems like my backup is getting stronger and stronger, I really need to make a good impression on you."
"That’s for sure." Chuxia raised her eyebrows proudly, "Let’s see who dares say now that I’m not good enough for you!"

"Can you tell what made you so sad just now?" Tongzi, who had been puzzled for a long ti and couldn’t understand the situation, inquired. He truly felt confused and needed to clear things up to avoid the sa situation happening again.

It used to be that the thing he disliked the most was a girl who cried all the ti, yet today, when she cried like that, he didn’t feel particularly annoyed! This was truly... really strange!
