Her relationship with her aunt had always been this way, so sotis she felt that her aunt didn’t stay unmarried for her sake, but rather because no one could put up with her aunt’s temperant.
A woman who never spoke with a gentle tone, who always made clear-cut distinctions in her dealings, and never allowed anyone to take the slightest advantage of her.
Adopting her was just making plans for her own future, and because she always thought this way, she didn’t feel much gratitude towards her aunt. Everything she received, she would have to pay back one day, so what was there to be grateful for?
After tidying up the kitchen, Wang Lei sat beside Wang Jing and looked her over for a while before saying, "Aren’t you going to talk to about it?"
Wang Jing forced a smile, "Work is a bit frustrating, but I can handle it."
