"No problem, I’ll stay here tonight, but please co early tomorrow morning. I’ll wait for you to arrive before I leave."

Gu Yi felt that it was more convenient for her to stay here at night.

"Alright, I’ll listen to you, I’ll co early tomorrow."

Ye’s mother also thought it would be beneficial for the two to spend more ti together.

Although Ye Hao hadn’t ntioned divorce with Gu Yi these past two days, her heart was still unsettled.

"If you have sothing to do, don’t worry about , I can stay here by myself at night."

Ye Hao suddenly said with a cool indifference.

"What are you talking about? Isn’t Yi Yi worried about you? How can you be so ungrateful?"

Before Gu Yi could speak, Ye’s mother butted in.

Gu Yi seed to have gotten used to this side of Ye Hao.

She stepped forward and took Ye’s mother’s hand.

"Mom, don’t be angry, have a seat first."

Ye’s mother didn’t say more to Ye Hao, but she did give him a fierce glare.

Ye Hao was also filled with anger.

What kind of charm did Gu Yi have on his family that they all took her side?

He picked up the book on his bedside and ignored them.

"Mom, you sit here for a while, I’ll go buy so fruit. The doctor said that since Ye Hao is sitting in bed all day, he needs to eat more fruit."

After saying this, Gu Yi picked up her bag and left the ward.

"Hao Hao, look at how good Yi Yi is to you, can’t you stop this? I’m telling you right now, if you divorce Yi Yi, prepare to be single forever. Your father and I won’t agree to any other woman marrying into our family."

Even though Ye Qian had told her Ye Hao’s mory was confused, Ye’s mother believed it was his own doing. No matter how jumbled his mory was, he couldn’t mistake his own wife.

"Mom, as long as she can focus back on the marriage and live with properly, I can let bygones be bygones."

This ti, Ye Hao didn’t firmly insist on divorcing Gu Yi.

"What exactly did Yi Yi do that makes you so dissatisfied? And you say you can let bygones be bygones, but is your attitude one that shows you’re willing to continue living well together?"

Ye’s mother understood Gu Yi’s character well; she wouldn’t do anything to wrong Ye Hao.

However, Ye Hao’s firm words made her sowhat doubtful.

But she still hoped the two could get along well.

"Mom, no need to worry about our issues. I have a handle on it. By the way, have you found out what Sun Ming’s family is like? I think he’s pretty good to Qianqian."

Ye Hao didn’t want to continue this conversation with Ye’s mother, so he shifted the topic to Ye Qian.

"Sun Ming is indeed a good kid. His parents run a restaurant in B City, and he’s involved in interior design. Qianqian’s cake shop was designed by him. His parents visited the hospital recently, and they all seem like nice people."

The more Ye’s mother spoke, the more satisfied she beca. Once Ye Qian got married, and Ye Hao had a child, her mission would be complete.

"Sounds good. It’s ti for Qianqian to settle down, she’s not young anymore."

Ye Hao had t Sun Ming and found him to be quite decent.

"Yes, your father and I think the sa. We originally planned for when you returned from your mission, for Qianqian to bring Sun Ming ho to introduce him. But postponing it for a bit is fine. Once you’re better, have Sun Ming officially visit."

Ye’s mother spoke, her mouth naturally curving into a smile.

After a while, Gu Yi returned with so fruit.

She didn’t buy a lot, but she did get several varieties.

She peeled the apple, cutting it into strips for easier handling.

Once done, she poured so water and wiped Ye Hao’s hand.

Ye’s mother watched from the side, thinking she could never be so ticulous.

Ye Hao was actually a bit confused. The Gu Yi he saw didn’t quite match the one in his mind.

Early the next morning, Ye’s mother arrived at the hospital.

Gu Yi quickly took a ride to school.

After the morning exam, Gu Yi greeted Wang Yuan and prepared to head to Jingying Second Store.

"Sister Yi Yi, where are you going?"

Wang Yuan quickly called her to a halt.

"I’m going to find Boss Li."

"Co eat lunch at my place before you go. I told my mom this morning to make more food, and we can eat together."

Wang Yuan figured that since Gu Yi was at school, her ho was probably empty, so she invited her over for lunch.

"Yuanyuan, thanks, but it’s really not necessary. You should go ho for lunch and get so rest. I need to find him quickly before he gets busy and leaves."

Gu Yi declined Wang Yuan’s kind offer.

"Alright then, hurry on ahead."

Wang Yuan knew that Li Yitian sotis left shortly after arriving, so she figured Gu Yi must have sothing urgent and didn’t delay her.

"By the way, Yuanyuan, have you drawn any design sketches recently?"

She forgot to ask when Wang Yuan last visited the hospital. Now, thinking about giving the design drafts to Li Yitian, she rembered. Seeing that there weren’t many people around, she asked.

"Yes, but not many."

Since selling her design sketches to Li Yitian last ti, Wang Yuan had been drawing every day, though satisfied with few of them.

"No worries, just take it slow, and don’t pressure yourself too much. If you have any, you can also show them to Boss Li for so advice."

Gu Yi knew that when soone is eager to accomplish sothing, the result often falls below expectations.

"Alright, Sister Yi Yi, I understand. You should get going."

Wang Yuan nodded, urging Gu Yi to leave.

Gu Yi smiled and headed towards Jingying.

When she arrived at Jingying Second Store,

Li Yitian happened to be there, and the two arranged to have lunch together.

"How’s Ye Hao doing now?"

While waiting for the dishes, Li Yitian asked.

"He’s better than a few days ago, at least not as resistant to ."

Gu Yi said with a smile.

But Li Yitian still detected a hint of bitterness in her smile.

"Don’t worry too much, he’s gradually improving, and he might suddenly get better in a while."

Li Yitian quickly comforted her.

"Yeah, I know, I’m fine, thanks for your concern. How’s business at the store lately?"

"It’s okay, about the sa as before. Weekends are busier, with better sales."

"I’ve been drawing so designs while at the hospital; take a look. If you think any are good, you could make so samples to try selling. Also, with Wang Yuan, if she gives you any, check them out. If suitable, use them, and offer her constructive feedback. She really loves this field."

Gu Yi handed the design drafts she had drawn in her sketchbook to Li Yitian.

Knowing Wang Yuan had so struggles with her designs, she asked Li Yitian for help.

As Li Yitian had been in the fashion industry for quite so ti,

he was familiar with custor demands and current trends. His suggestions would surely help Wang Yuan’s designs align better with the market.

"Alright, don’t worry, even if you hadn’t told , I wouldn’t let a talent like Wang Yuan slip by. Her last designs sold quite well."

Li Yitian agreed readily.
